Sooooooooooo.....I do love me some Jamba. However, a few months back I sunk a touch of the greens into buying one of their cups because it was on a crazy promo sale. I loved that cup - it had a cute phrase on it about happiness. I carry water with me at all times - into work, the gym etc etc... My cup and I had been through a lot together and it was one of those thick plastic with a straw screw lid dealios. Then tragedy occurred and my cup was broken so I brought it into Jamba with me. They replaced it BUT I was told they no longer had my lovely screw lid. I got their red Pacific NW cup with a pop on lid, no straw and I hated that damn thing from the getgo - plus, it legitimately fell over two different times (while full) at my gym and the lid just popped off....ugh... I was honestly a bit happy when the stupid thing turned tragic and cracked (and I only every handwashed it etc). I needed to run an errand at another mall spot and thought - oh hay, might as well see if Jamba will replace my cup and I will drink my lunch! The sweet gal was super and checked with her manager but what I was even more grateful for was the under the row of the crappy Pacific NW red cups were a simple screw lid cup that said Jamba on them with a straw. I was glowing with happiness and sure enough the manager was a dream...they replaced it with a smile and I got my Razzmataz in my shiny new cup and peace on Earth...puppies, rainbows, kittens...and unicorn... Ok, it was tasty on a warm afternoon....just sayin.... Thanks guys! read more

My children (ages 3 and 5) and I visited this Jamba Juice at Washington Square mall. We ordered the watermelon smoothie. Within 30 minutes my youngest had diarrhea and it all went to hell from there. My youngest experienced diarrhea all throughout Monday and Tuesday, now Wednesday morning and he was woke up from his sleep with more diarrhea. He has a red rash all over his bottom from all of the poo. My oldest pooped his pants several times throughout the past two days, he's completely potty trained. I have been in and out of the bathroom also, unable to keep any food from the past two days. My husband who was NOT with us and had no smoothie is completely fine. My family had nothing else out of the ordinary besides the watermelon smoothie. I'm writing because I'm mostly concerned that when I called the store to tell them, the young lady only said "sorry" so I just said thanks and hung up. Clearly didn't understand the severity and safety of a family who received food poisoning from the smoothie. read more

these guys and gals are always so positive it's fantastic! every time I visit this one location they inform me that if I don't like the drink they will make me a new one. I am so thankful that they are as kind as they are since I can be super indecisive. being close to my office, this location has become my lunch spot simply because of the staff. Oh Jamba Juice, how I crave yee... I love their fresh juice smoothies. Here is a tip. If you have a little one with you get a regular drink for yourself and ask them to put some into a kids cup. Not a fan of this location. I guess in the last couple months, Jamba Juice has started charging for boosts. You know, the ones they used to pester you about FOR YEARS because they were free. If you have a usual, you have a usual boost. They don't even mention that they're now charging... which is a bit underhanded. The sign they use is the same sign that used to only have the extra $ for the special boosts. Extra (-) for not being kid friendly. After I bought my own drink and split it with my kid, she ended up still wanting more. So I walked back to get a kids size drink, just for her. Apparently I'm not able to order the one she likes because its not on the kid menu of "4". I asked if she was serious and she told me that all the kids drinks are specially formulated to be healthy because there is no dairy. Does she realize a) its my kid and b) an 18 month old kinda likes/needs dairy. Apparently I could have bought a larger size, bought the 50 cent kids cup and then still had extra. Does that sound healthy? So we can all drink more than we actually want? Not a fan of the new "jamba juice". read more

Good service at this Jamba Juice. The associate told me all about the different smoothie options and seemed to know a lot about them. She also took the time to help me with the new ISIS mobile app (you can get a free smoothie when you download it). She was really friendly and nice. Also...you can sign up for the mobile club and save some monies on some smoothies. And...you can actually find healthy smoothies here! Had one of their new green ones with kale and mangoes...was delicious and only just over 300 calories. Use organic ingredients and I'll be here all the time. read more

I had no idea they were here and in the mall. This is so great! So many options and a wonderful new one called Apples n Greens. It's quite tasty! It's probably the healthiest thing in the Washington Square Mall, especially if you buy an all fruit smoothie. I'm just never satisfied with this Jamba. I just had the Pomegranate Paradise, which I usually love, but tasted a little off. I'm not sure why and it was okay enough to drink. I usually eat organic so maybe I'm just not used to eating conventionally grown food? (Why doesn't Jamba offer organic options?) I also had a matcha smoothie here a few months ago that was pretty bad. I don't know if it's bad at all Jamba's or just this location. I really like Peet's equivalent (Matcha Freddo) and found Jamba's to be chalky and the tea to not be as tasty. I usually enjoy getting wheatgrass shots with either a slice of orange or miniature orange juice... but this location doesn't serve wheatgrass shots. read more

This Jamba Juice location is located in the Washington Square Mall. It is a small stand down one of the mall alleys. It does not really compare to the standing stores commonly seen in strip malls. But, if you are mall shopping and need your Jamba Juice fix, this is a great option. There is no seating except in the main hallway area. Standard customer service; no complaints. They often have samples for tasting - today they had their mango smoothie. Overall, okay, but not the best Jamba Juice that I have ever had. My go to drink is the Strawberries Wild. read more

Jamba Juice no longer has free boosts. This news is not cool at all, I am very disappointed. So now everyone can look forward to boosts in the $0.25-$0.75 range but they're not worth it if they aren't free. I should also tell you that for most of the items the the sizes are now listed as small, medium and large instead of volumetric ones that we all know and love. The food is as solid as three stars gets, just think lots of sugar disguised as something almost healthy. Realistically, I'll probably be back. Stopped here with my family on vacation, and the girl helping us explained that if we didn't like the taste of the smoothies we ordered they'd make another one free of charge. I did not like my first drink, though I gave it a chance, so after 5mins I came back and they made a different drink I thought I'd like better no questions asked. The new drink was delicious!
