REVIEW FOR YELP DREAM DESIGN…read more The Dream Design Construction Team was Awesome! We wanted to remove the wall between the dinning room and kitchen to open up the space. We researched many, and obtained quotes from three contractors, one less expensive and one more expensive. Luckily, we decided on Dream Design Construction. Design We had a specific (non-conventional) design in mind, i.e. not the typical big island layout. Additionally, we wanted to add a full bath, a custom pantry, barn doors, and new kitchen windows, flooring etc. We stopped by Dream Design Construction and Yong engineered the design we envisioned that day! Allowing us to see it in 3D. He included things we had not thought of like a pot filler, and coffee bar area. The customized outcome is beautiful. Yong came out and took measurements to finalized the design plan. The Design becomes the Blue Print - - Note: Make sure when you sign the contract that you Know which cabinets will have drawers/ no drawers, pull outs, glass doors etc. or a change order may be required. Contract Their contract was very straight forward which helped us to sign quickly. It stated the price and allowances, installation, demo etc. Yong stated his goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and he honorably did so. Demo After emptying and packing up the kitchen - Demo was quick! The Team put up plastic zipper walls to cordon off the family room, foyer etc. to limit the amount of dust in other rooms, as well as covering vents. The wall between the dining room and kitchen came down! Mr. Nam was great . The team was here by 8 each day and made sure everything was put away each day and left it as tidy as possible. Construction The build out began and the first inspection was passed. I believe Mr. Nam was key to the success - following Yong Yi's drawing/plans Jose did a great job painting, especially the stove hood/vent - just beautiful. Tile Work is extremely beautiful both kitchen and bathroom. Mr. Nam worked hard in so many areas, requesting input for location of cabinet hardware and providing guidance for light switch locations etc. Mr. Lee framed the windows beautifully, and thankfully Bruce encouraged me to include multiple pendant chandeliers which look absolutely beautiful. Mr. Yong was Very easy to work with and assigned Mr. Kim to perform all the "Finishes" ensuring a perfect result. Final Walk thru/Result Inspection #2 The final walk-through and Inspection were flawless with 100% satisfaction! Just when you are tired of construction...you're done! The remodel was completed AHEAD of schedule, including our last-minute alternatives. BOTTOM LINE: EVERYTHING turned out impeccably beautiful! Dream Design was very accommodating with change items that did not affect the Design footprint-like adding an outlet and moldings for wine fridge, as well as barn doors. They were just so easy to work with.

Jennifer and Christy are creative, professional, and truly listen to your needs while making the design process easy and enjoyable. They transformed my office into a beautiful, feminine space that's both functional and cozy. They updated our dining room with more practical, modern pieces and created a stunning nursery that feels timeless and will grow with our daughter. They also refreshed our primary bedroom, even transforming a childhood dresser into a piece we now love and proudly display. Most recently, they redesigned our family room into a stylish, kid-friendly space with smart layout choices we never would have thought of ourselves. Every space feels intentional and reflects who we are. We constantly get compliments on how well put together our home looks, and we always credit Haven Home Solutions. Highly recommend them for any home design project!

It was a large open space with no clear divisions and they were able create clearly defined areas for work and relaxation. When I moved out of state in 2021 I asked for their help again with the entire first floor and one of the bedrooms in my new home. They helped me figure out how best to reuse what we selected for my old living room, as well as furnish a dining room and sitting room, make efficient use of a garage that had been converted to a bonus room, and select flooring and wall colors throughout. The master bedroom is a lovely, calm escape at the end of the day. To this day when people visit I get so many compliments and I love to tell them I had a lot of help from Haven Home Solutions.

Probably the best thing you can say about our original furniture is that it was eclectic. More truthfully, it simply didn't really look that great, pretty much a "before" project on what you'd see on HGTV. Once Vanessa and Michelle got through with it, the interior of the house was totally transformed. The first step was Vanessa came through the house with her contractor, Arlin, and recommended changes to be made, including updating ceiling fans, light fixtures, installing recessed lights, etc. We didn't do everything she recommended but we did most. Vanessa coordinated all of the contracting work done by Arlin and his team, and provided all the quotes. The prices for the various jobs were very competitive, generally cheaper than other estimates I received from other contractors. The bottom line is that the results speak for themselves. We received multiple offers and sold the house for $110K over list within 5 days for the highest price ever sold in our neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Attached are a few pics of the finished product. I definitely recommend using Inspired Home Design for updating and staging your home. I'm sure glad I did.

We had to do jntense follow up to get them to come. We also had to involve the company making the cabinets. Over the two years, we have had three different teams of installers in our home because of issues they have had with Fine Line. The designer who worked for Fine Line and was our contact person also left the company along with the project coordinator. It was an absolute nightmare getting them to finish this job. Ogun (Sarah's husband) refused to come to the job once confronted. He sent Sarah over who took images of our home (including the powder room and the great room fireplaces) that were designed by us and fabricated by another company. She used these images on her social portraying it as her work. When confronted, she blocked us from her social accounts and never showed up at the project again. As an interior designer, I will never recommend this company to anyone in the trade or outside of trade. They lack work ethic, discipline, timely and meaningful communication, accountability, and most importantly respect for their clients.

Sarah had designed my friend's kitchen, and I could tell that she has good (but expensive) taste. Working with Sarah just to get an honest quote on my kitchen remodel was a waste of everyone's time. Her arrogance and lack of professionalism was even worse than her price tag. She insisted on blindly charging $2500-$3000 before even sitting down with her to do a design saying many times "my work speaks for itself" and that its a boutique experience. No formal quote or anything on paper. I have gotten a few other companies and designers come in and they have given me step-by-step quotes as well as a peek of what they had been planning for a design. With a big smile, too! She says that sometimes she won't even take a project that's "not worth her time", but she said she was exited to come up with a design for my kitchen after she returned from a month long vacation. 1+ months later, even more unprofessional and disorganized, she canceled my appointment without notice, despite our correspondence over email. She did not take the time to answer what few questions I had when I walked into the studio, which is when she looked at me like I was trespassing. Bottom line: FineLine kitchen designs may "speak for itself" but it does nothing to convey Sarah's arrogance and extreme lack of self awareness. Good luck to all her future clients!

We remodeled three bathrooms the previous year with another company, which had a lower estimate than WellCraft. Wish we had gone with WellCraft for all of the remodeling, as it would have been money well spent. WellCraft did what they said they would do, on time and on budget. Throughout the project, they listened and gave sound advice. Any remodel is disruptive, but WellCraft made the process as painless as possible. They were also flexible, and respectful of our time and privacy. Ali made creative suggestions on design, and brothers Jose and Steve executed with a high degree of skill and craftmanship. When we first used them, they did a shoddy job and had to call and ask them to come back again to fix some trim and molding. They simply glued trim in between our dining room and kitchen and almost immediately it lifted off. Since then, we've had to nail and fix it several times ourselves. I've lived in homes with floating floors before and never had had the issues that we've had with these. The only reason we went with this company is because the previous owner used them to install the kitchen flooring and wanted to match it. (Which they denied that they installed the kitchen floor when I called recently to ask about all the gaps showing up. I have all the historic emails to prove otherwise.)
