They have a prize upgrade system as well as if you win a prize out of a claw machine and it's not the color you want they let you swap it with a different one (has to be from the same machine). They are also kind enough to "reset" the plushies to help make it easier to win them. It for sure can get addicting quick trying to win particular plushies. They do charge a small fee for using cards vs cash, so I suggest bringing a bit of cash. You also get more tokens the more you buy. Each machine takes 1 token to play. I felt like the prizes were a lot better quality than what I thought they would be. You can trade 15 of the smaller plushies for a big one (or different prizes in general). Overall a fun place. Plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. Nice staff.

This business has claw machines for which to operate you can buy coins from the counter. The machines have strong claws , some are challenging but the games are fair. Staff are super nice and are constantly checking on people to help them reset a game or help them set up a game. They give tips and they're very friendly . They have a reward system which I honestly have only seen at one other claw place so far which is Duck in Eagan. .
