We enjoyed our dessert. Found this place by luck. Glad it wasn't too busy at the time we came.

Hidden gem for sure! I forgot this place opened and am so glad we happened to drive by today. The service was excellent, halo halo and empanadas - AMAZING. Space was clean and though small, did not feel cramped at all. They have a mix of Asian treats and a stamp card to redeem after 5 stamps (1 free 16oz drink). Fun feature: you can get your photo printed on a latter for free (I believe it is only certain lattes, like the matcha one). Highly recommend checking it out!

This halo halo was just amazing And for the price was honestly great it was huge One of the best halo halo I've had Service was so nice Plenty of room inside to hang out Definitely give them a try support local businesses

Ube taro milk tea with boba
Nicole B.

Drink 4/5: Ordered the Ube taro milk tea with less ice and boba. The drink is a little thick, probably due to the two starchy ingredients, and came with a lot of ice and quite a small amount of boba. The flavor was good though and the 75% sweet was perfect for me! Service 4/5: You can order with one of the workers or at a little kiosk which was convenient! The kiosk offers pictures and descriptions of the various drinks which was really helpful! However, I was the only customer in the shop and my drink still took 8 minutes to come out despite there being two workers in the shop. Just be prepared for possibly a little bit of a wait, especially if it's busy. They do have stamps cards if you plan to come back. Price $$: A little pricier than your standard boba shop as I paid $6.50 for my drink and .50 to add boba, but given that they have some specialty flavors, I didn't think it was too bad!

Halo halo

Got the halo halo 50% sweetness and I can't believe I haven't tried it sooner! They give generous amounts of toppings and ube soft serve on top. It's so good! I also love the additional ube halaya topping and pinipig The regular size is pretty big and can be easily shared by two people.

Amazingly good.......best halo halo I've had. Thank you to the young lady who made it she was very sweet.

Amazingly good ...best halo halo. I'm so glad my husband and I stopped by to try this place. No regrets and loved everything.

Halo halo was delicious! And can't beat the $1 ube soft serve ice cream. The workers were very nice and welcoming. Cute jeepney artwork on the wall. Definitely will be back soon.

New boba spot in La Mirada . Good selection of drinks and reasonable price. Need to try the snacks

This store is newly opened and they're still touching up a few of their decorations. There are 2 tables for 4, 2 bar top type tables that can accommodate 2 people each. I ordered a couple of items and my total was just under $20. You have a couple of ways to place your order: with the cashier or using their self service machine. It took a few minutes to get my order but to be fair, they had to make them and Halo Halo requires a few steps . My Taho tastes great, just like how I like them. For those who are monitoring their sugar, you can select the sweetness of your drinks. I'll definitely be back.

Mango Graham

Went to Hao Sweet on the week of June 2 for round 1 and June 10 for round 2 of the Mango Graham after dinner with my family. We also bought Halo-Halo, Taho, and Milo Dinosaur during those weeks but since I forgot to take a photo of the other desserts (got really excited to try), everything we tried all tastes so good! The employees who were there are very hardworking, and they all wanted to be sure that our orders are correct and/or even clarify on what else we need. The interior is adorable, and the red panda really reminds me of Mei-Lin from Turning Red. I would recommend coming to Hao Sweet, if you're craving for any dessert like ice cream, boba, taho, etc.

After seeing it on TikTok, we came late one night and were glad we made it before closing. The regular halo-halo was generously sized, not too sweet, and had soft, snow-like ice instead of crushed ice. The $1 ube soft serve was a refreshing bonus. I'll definitely be back when I'm craving halo-halo again!

Located in the same plaza as home depot so theres plenty of parking and the place is nice inside. This location provides plenty of variety of boba teas, slushies, and desserts and more! Really tasty upon first try and really decently priced! Highly recommend giving it a try.

Vivot Craft Cafe - guava matcha ! FIRE PTL .

Craving matcha turned into a mild parking obstacle course near California State University,…read moreFullerton, because apparently the real challenge is fitting your car into a space designed for a bicycle with confidence issues. Inside Vivot, it's giving "finals week survival zone" with students glued to laptops, one brave employee running the entire operation, and a self-order kiosk doing its best emotional support role. We kept our Matcha Latte classy, 25% sweetness with oat milk to really interrogate the matcha and honestly it passed the vibe check!! Smooth, solid, and worth the parking gymnastics. Oh and also, they are open late, closes at 11pm week nights and midnight on weekends.

Came here bc it's the only cafe around in a city full of bars. I understand their most popular…read moredrinks are the matcha, but I don't think it's an excuse to slack off on the other drinks. I had ordered a milk tea and their Thai tea and was super disappointed with the flavor it was complete milk unfortunately and no sweeteners despite us having the 100% sweetener option. The drinks came out very far from each other time wise as well which isn't a super big issue but it's noticeable and could be an issue for bigger orders. Super busy somehow so we didn't want to burden the worker while the store had a rush. Other than that the place gave me a very pretentious vibe. I'm all for starting a business you're passionate about but it's hard to see what's different about THIS cafe in a world full of other businesses claiming to be different that's serving the same items (matcha specifically). Not to say that there's not bad matcha or coffee out there, there is. Seems like the type of cafe people go to take a picture of their drinks and pretend like they're connoisseurs and pretend that it's "different" than whatever else is out there and sit and pretend to study on their laptop (even though it's the loudest and crowded place in the world in there). Seeing that the place opened recently, it's very hard to believe this isn't some type of money grab for a younger audience to serve trendy drinks. Or at the very least, a very expensive passion project for the owner. Overall just more focused on aesthetics more than anything.

There's plenty of table space for working, playing games, etc. You can order at a kiosk or at the counter. The guy there was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long for our order. Tried the wintermelon milk tea with honey boba and grass jelly. Got it at 75% sweet and it was still sweet enough. Next time I would try it at 50%. The honey boba is good and added sweetness, so maybe that's part of it. They put a large piece of grass jelly instead of smaller pieces so you kind of have to stab it with your straw to get it. Tastes good, though, and reasonably priced. There are also food options. If I was a local, I'd come back.

Normal spicy was perfect for me and the Green Tea latte with added boba was so good. Not too sweet, great flavor. The strawberry milk was a little too chunky for my daughter but she's a creature of habit and isn't used to fruit pieces in her milk. It was almost smoothie-like. The service was fine I guess, you use a pad to order and then when your food is ready it's set out on the counter so I didn't really talk to anyone. There is a lot of seating which is nice.
