So happy i reached out to Han's. The movers came a little earlier than we wanted but always earlier is better than later. George and Leo were the ones that came to help us today and they were very thorough and diligent. I've had experiences where movers tried milking the time but these guys were in and out so quickly. My Las Vegas move with Han's Moving. This a long overdue review of my moving from Orange County to Las Vegas which went so perfect that I still cannot believe it , the same way I cannot believe it to a couple of bad reviews I just read about Han's. I literally met those guys on my street while they were helping one of my neighbors to move, took their card call Kelly, the person in charge, schedule my moving day and from there everything went great. Kelly was very nice responsive and patient with me since I had to change my moving day a few times due to escrow problems. NOT for moving an entire household!!! DEMANDS CASH PAYMENTS - even after being told credit card is fine! NOT LICENSED OR INSURED! This time Yelp failed me - very rare but here's my nightmare moving experience... I called to inquire about moving 100 miles south of LA. Was given a great quote and had a great booking experience. The truck that showed up was too small. So a one day job turned into a two day job. Of course that meant double the budget I was quoted. They moved extremely slow - yes they were paid hourly. Paid at end of first day via credit card after a hassle and then showing them I had correspondence that said credit card was fine. Second day the same guys moved even slower. And refused to take direction upon unloading. They put everything in the garage and stacked it so I couldn't get to anything, even after repeating my requests very politely. Then DEMANDED it was cash only. Who has cash of $800 on them - especially in a moments notice! Looking back I should have called the police at this point. It was an unbelievable surreal experience on top of the normal stress of moving! The next day, trying to just find the basics of my things, there were damages to everything! I had wrapped my items and covered everything to prevent damages but they used my lampshades as baskets, shoved metal footed items on top on wood surfaces that scratched through my covering down to the wood... on and on. Called the company and got the run around for weeks. Tried to report them to the states moving agency but they aren't licensed or insured. I used this moving company on Oct 7th. The owner Kelly was originally more communitive. The two guys that came the older experienced one was pretty good. The younger one scratched up the laminate floor in the first 20mins. Later he yanked and broke our Precor Elliptical EFX which we used on a regular. The wires are frayed & we are heart broken! My piece of my bed on the bottom was also missing. Kelly said she is looking into it but now it looks like we may have to file a lawsuit due to our items being broken. My boyfriend discovered the Elliptical wires completely frayed and machine does not work. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with Hans movers. I kept my invoice & this isn't over yet. Han's moving demanded cash payment for moving. They told us they have to keep the moving van overnight because it was late (around 7PM). Make a long story short, we lost all the jewels (diamond marriage ring, diamond earrings, etc, etc) and expensive items (coats, bags, etc)... We don't have a contract papers because we paid cash without papers. We made a big mistake but Han's moving company is a very bad moving company that we want to everybody knows. Do not cash contract! I had a confirmed appointment for a different moving company to help me move on a Saturday, I text a day before to verify and they said issue with the truck and couldn't come anymore. I really needed to move on the weekend and found Han's on Craigslist. I called the number for Kelly and she answered my questions promptly as I needed last minute appointment for next day , she said no problem it can be done. All I needed was two men and a truck to help with the big items as I already did majority of the boxes. I was still skeptical if anyone was gonna show up at 9am for me, but I heard knocking at 8:50am! Eliah the driver and Henry there ready to kick butt. They wasted no time, no lollygagging trying to milk the time. They had to deal with my pain in the butt stairs no elevator old apartment, my stubborn large fridge that wouldn't fit some spots!! They took off some doors and fridge door and assembled it back no problems. They were careful to not hit my freshly painted walls in the new apartment. Over the past 14 years, I've moved way too many times. I've been happy with the movers I've used, but my wife suggested we try another company that was less expensive. I was hesitant but then agreed after my wife got a quote from Han's Moving. I was shocked that the price was half of what I expected. She spoke with Kelly. At first I asked for three or four movers. But after providing the details, Kelly thought we only needed two movers. I ended up deferring to her judgement and was glad I did. On moving day, Rolando and Leo showed up fifteen minutes early and immediately started working. They were quite fast but deliberate and careful wrapping the furniture. They wasted no time and got everything in the truck pretty quickly. At our new place, the unload went even quicker. The elevator was tiny and they needed to carry some of the biggest pieces up four flights of stairs with zero hesitation or complaint. Turns out this was the quickest move ever and with zero problems. The best thing was there were no hidden costs, fees or surprises. They were total pros, very courteous and efficient. Hans moving company is a very dishonest and does not keep their word and they are a con artist company. Please beware that they will make it seem like you can pay in any way that's convenient to the customer, but after signing contracts and getting everything ready, they will switch up the contract and demand cash payment or else they will terminate the moving contract after 50% of the process has been done please be aware of the workers there at the company with your belongings they have a bad habit of not delivering your property to your future resident at the same day and what they will do is take your property to wherever they take you to and they go through all your property to look for valuable property and steal it whoever the people that are stealing are professional crooks when your property comes to you your property and boxes does not look like it's been tampered with until later on you find out that all your stuff that is valuable is missing these people stole from many many families and not one time ever took responsibilities for their actions for some crazy reason, if you like to be robbed and continue to do business with these people, please make sure that there is a contract and there is inventory of all your belongings if there's an option for insurance, make sure you get it read more

They are not stingy with their moving equipment such as plastic wrap to protect your furniture and will disassemble and reassemble your bed carefully without you having to lift a finger. I learned two things about moving; (1) Always hire movers, and (2) always hire Han's Moving. I needed to move the week of Thanksgiving, so I called in a few weeks in advance to set up my time with Jason. He explained the whole process and made it easy to understand. The day before my move, Kelly texted me to confirm, which is always a great sign. The movers not only showed up on time, but they also arrived early. They usually start around 9 am, but I asked them if they could show up at 8 am, and they showed up 7:45 am, ready to go. The two movers, Jorge and Leo were nice, impeccable, professional, and all-around the best moving team I've ever dealt with. They moved my entire apartment from start to finish in 3.5 hours -- I was very impressed. They honestly would have been done earlier, but we got caught in the typical LA traffic, which only shows how efficient their team is. I personally tipped the two movers (which is not required, nor did they ask), but they deserved it. UPDATED REVIEW: We hired Han's Moving for my father-in-law's move, but they farmed out the job to a partner, Espinoza's Moving, without our knowledge or consent. After she had a chance to speak with movers who did the job, her response was that the elevator was very congested and slow, so it took them longer than expected. That's a ridiculous excuse, as my father-in-law's old apartment is right next to a stairwell. At that time, she completely refused to rectify the situation in any way, didn't inform us of Espinoza's involvement, or offer a refund for the obvious overcharge. The next day (after I left the original review here), I got a nasty message from Espinoza's, which is how I finally figured out that they did the move. Kelly did call to offer a small partial refund for the terrible experience and she was very apologetic. She also stated that they will no longer be working with Espinoza's Once the promised refund has been received, I'll update my review accordingly. read more

For anyone looking to hire a moving company, do not look to hire Han's Moving. Rolando came to move our stuff and had to disassemble our refrigerator. In the process of taking it apart, Rolando and his crew ended up breaking our freezer door handle. They did not inform us and continued as if nothing had happened. We only found out that our refrigerator was now broken after they had left. We called back, and if they had just admitted to their mistake, that would have been fine. However, they adamantly denied ever taking apart the refrigerator and told us we had broken it ourselves. They told us that we were lying and their staff could never do such a thing because they had sent their best, which is a complete mockery. Not only that, but Kelly is absolutely horrible with her communication, claiming she'll come to check it out at 7-8pm. Now she's asking to come in the late hours from 12-1am, absolutely ridiculous. To any prospective customers out there, DO NOT use this company. They don't deserve any financial support for their sham practices. read more

These are my go-to movers! They have moved my antique photobooth 4 or 5 times around LA, which is not an easy task. It weighs 700 lbs and is very fragile. The guys are always so sweet, respectful, and careful with the booth, which means the world to me. They are also very professional and aware when entering a new space, greeting the staff at the new venue and paying close attention to their surroundings to not damage anything. We moved recently from one apartment to a new home and we didnt have enough time to prepare and give a heads up in advance to the movers. We called Han's Movers like a day before we want to move. Kelly was very friendly and was able to accommodate our request for the next day (which is a weekend by the way). She was in constant touch with me via text messaging updating about the status when the movers will be arriving. The 2 member crew showed up before the scheduled time which is good. They are very friendly and are well prepared with all the equipment you need for shifting. It was a local move and trust me, vacating the apartment, driving to the new place, dropping off all the boxes and shifting them to the required rooms, all happened in less than 4 hours. They drove the truck very safe and all our equipment, appliances are perfect once they are dropped off in the new place. I was so impressed with the move that I gave $30 to each person as a tip.
