I went in and brought my new pantsuit. They didn't even have me to try it on. He just felt the fabric and said no we can't help you. Customer service could use a tuneup. I'll do business with another alteration shop. read more

I had a hole in my stretchy pants and they fixed it up real nice. Hard to tell it was there in the first place. 10/10 recommend. Great staff and great customer service. read more

Very thankful. I had a last minute alteration and they made it happen same day. You all saved me! Thank you thank you

I asked for something nonstandard and they took it in stride and did a great job! I bought a lace suit and bralette from l'agence, but the bralette was too low-cut and revealing. So I bought two bralettes and they cut a strip of lace from one and attached it to the front of the other bralette. Voila! a conservative lace suit! read more

These people are THIEVES!!! Stay away!! I just paid $60 for my 11 year old daughter's skirt to be taken in at the waist and made 1/2 inch shorter. RIP OFF!!! That's double what the skirt costs!!! U will NEVER use these people again and I will spread the word to everyone!!! STAY AWAY!!! If I could give no stars I would! read more

I've been coming to this shop for several years when I have an alterations need. I've referred others here numerous times. With a customer-centric attitude you rarely see today, your experience is positive from the minute you walk through the door. The owners are friendly, fittings are detailed, and they understand the fine points of a tailored fit. Your clothing will be ready as promised, and they have delivered a rush service for my son when he needed a quick turnaround. Highly recommend this business. read more

Great customer service. Very nice owner and he altered my skirt perfectly. Will be coming back :)

Had my husbands suit tailored and it fit perfectly! Cash only at this location! Will use it again for all my future tailoring needs.

Could not have asked for a better experience here. The owner is one of the kindest men I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! He altered my dress perfectly and it came out fitting better than I even thought it could. He never tried to sell me things/alterations that the dress didn't need. He even stayed late for me one night when traffic was bad and didn't rush me out and made sure everything was good with me before I left. While I was waiting in his shop I got to see him interact with other customers and he was always so attentive with every person and apologetic if things were taking long. My wedding is in February, but now I'm looking for opportunities to have other dresses altered just so I can come back and work with him! Cannot say enough good things about this little shop. read more

When looking for a tailor to take-in jeans, I was uncertain who to go to, but decided to give Hanna's Alterations a try. I was beyond impressed with their attention to detail and superb craftsmanship! Not to mention their very reasonable prices and quick turnaround time. I highly recommend! read more

I cannot recommend this alterations shop enough. I initially went to Kitty's to get my wedding dress altered, where they quoted me $380. I didn't feel right about the quote as there weren't that many changes needed, so I took it to Hannas. He quoted me $180 and the fit was better!! He was so accommodating and patient with me as I described how I wanted the dress to fit. I absolutely trusted that I was in good hands. read more

Wedding dress alterations...Do not recommend Hannah's. Very sloppy work. Felt rushed during fitting appointment and did not provide consultation. Wanted us to tell him what we wanted. We're not the experts. Expensive. Did not offer to steam dress. Not a good experience. read more

Great customer service and does great work with alterations. Had an alteration of a formal outfit as well as a repair on another top.

I was baffled with the amount of care given at Hannah's Alternations. Not only was it affordable but I got my wedding dress back so quickly. Definitely will give this man my business in the future!! read more

The husband and wife team are kind, patient and hardworking. I got my dress altered in VA, but had a lot of doubt and anxiety. My wedding is in Greenville and I heard great things about Hanna's. I was told to bring the dress in and the husband and wife said everything looked fantastic and my seamstress did a fantastic job. They didn't rush me, look over the dress for me and even fixed the bustle that had fallen out. Again, I didn't pay for any services, but the fact that I went in to their store and got a second opinion and wasn't pushed for a sale (honest people) makes me think very highly of them and their work ethic.I was in there with other brides and girls getting their prom dresses altered and I was still given attention. You could tell everyone who had used them was pleased with their work. They also seem very affordable! read more

Joseph did AMAZING work on my wedding dress. He was very timely (done in less than 2 weeks) and affordable. Highly recommend for anyone needing alterations in the Greenville area. read more

Recommended by a friend of mine and I was extremely happy with the work and service! I had to get a bridesmaids dress taken in last minute and needed it fast. He had it done for a cheap price and in 4 days!! Will definitely be recommending and going back. He is super nice!! read more

Cheap prices and great work. I got 4 suit pants hemmed for 40$ all are the perfect length!

I don't know where to even begin, this company is amazing where you felt at home and were treated like family. I took my wedding dress to get various alterations and everything was completed quickly with high attention to detail. I couldn't be any happier and pleased with my experience here. I will be a long time customer from this day forward and look forward to coming back. I highly recommend for any alteration and my mother in law to be brought her dress in for our wedding to be altered. The dress was down quick and fit her like a glove! Nothing but gorgeous work!! Thank you again! read more

My daughter contracted Joseph to do a major alteration to her wedding dress. The dress was strapless and she wanted to have 3/4 sleeves added which required a bodice to be created. The bodice and sleeves were attached to the dress and no one seeing it would ever know that it was added after the fact. Joseph did an absolutely spectacular job, the dress is stunning. My daughter and I could not be happier and the comments about the dress have been glowing. Joseph worked diligently within our timeline and was professional and kind throughout. I highly recommend Hanna's Alterations!! read more

This place price gouges!! They charged me $24 to close up 2 splits in a dress that had no liner - and not to even close them all the way, just a little bit! I called another alteration shop to see if that pricing was normal and they told me they would have only charged me $12-$14. They lost my business forever!!! read more

While the owner is very kind and fairly attentive, I took my wedding dress here to be altered and it did not turn out well. I think he may have been nervous about working on a dress with beads, which seems uncharacteristic for a professional alterations place. The alterations he made were uneven in the shoulder area, and he pinched places in the dress that did not smooth out once ironed. He said that if I tried on the dress and was not satisfied, he would correct it. Well, I brought it back, and he charged full price to alter it again to fix the mistakes he made. I do not recommend, especially for wedding dresses. Find someone who specializes in wedding dresses. And who does not have a dirty floor. read more

This place is great. Excellent service, nice people. They also have a very fast turn-around-time and I've always been completely satisfied by their work. I highly recommend this place for everything from hemming to complicated alterations. read more

This is a first class operation. The owner takes pride in his work and wants to be sure his customers are satisfied. We have been using them for our alterations for over 20 years and wouldn't use anyone else! read more
