But I figured it would be taken care of by the real semtress of the facility. When it was time to check out, we learned we had to pay half upfront and pay the balance upon pick up. That wasn't the problem although at the other ateration location, we only paid at pick up. The real issue was the cost!! It was extremely too high!!$108.00 compared to $80.00. $80.00 is the best bargain for excellent work, at the other location and where we will continue to get our items altered.

The first place cut off the "horsehair braid" from the bottom of the dress to shorten it and it made the dreas look COMPLETELY different it akmost looked pleated. The other place said they couldn't fix it so we took here to Lee's Tailors and they fixed it which made my daughter so happy and relieved which made me happy and relieved lol. We have two more future prom girls and will definitely be bringing their dresses, as well as any other tailor work, to Lee's without question!

I had called and asked for a estimate price and he said he can give me one until he sees the dress, so I took it in and tried it on and he started to add markers and pins to where it needed to be hemmed. I thought "well there's no going back now lol" anyways he rings me up and it costed me $65 which is double what I've ever had to pay to get a bridesmaids dress hemmed. I thought well he must be good then. Especially cause he told me he was on the news for how good he was! (Which isn't even true!) Anyways I went and picked up my dress today, hoping to be satisfied since, paying $65 for a few inches to be hemmed.. I got home and checked it out, because he offered to put my dress in my vehicle for me.. (I took the picture of him cause I thought it was kind of him to help, now I know he was probably just not wanting me to see the crappy job he did until I got home) Anyways, the photos speak for themselves. this was literally the worse sewing job I have ever seen done. My 6 yr old niece could have done better. I least she would have finished it. This is my experience with Just Sew. When I received my…read moredresses, the "seamstress" had placed pins in all four new dresses creating holes and tearing the fabric. The hems were also misaligned. When I addressed these issues with the owner he was very rude. Insisted they could "steam" the holes out. When asked why they had pinned sticky notes onto the front of the dresses (creating holes) the response was "you know very well why" No. I do not know why a person hired to alter a dress would deliberately damage the fabric. I am posting photos of the dresses I received and the damage that was caused by this store. Very disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience here with the new ownership. I went to pick up my leggings after…read morealterations and paid, but before leaving I noticed the threading had been done incorrectly. I brought it to the owner's attention immediately and was told they would fix it. I then had to wait around for about 20 minutes, only to be told they still needed more time and that I would have to come back the next day. While I am waiting, I am hearing the owner get defensive with another patron regarding black spots on her white dress that were not there when she dropped the dress off. The lack of accountability for the inconvenience was frustrating. When picking my leggings up for the second time, I asked if there could be any sort of partial refund or discount since the work had not been done correctly the first time that I had to point out, and required multiple trips, but she refused and got quite defensive at me, similar to the day before with another patron. In the end, the issue may have been corrected, but the overall customer service experience was poor. I will not be returning.
