Came by for a foot massage the other day and it was a decent experience. Called ahead requesting…read morefor a strong masseur and the operator confirmed that this was available. Parking is plentiful in the private strip mall lot. Checked in with the receptionist as well as paid for the foot massage. The massage parlor features a stamp card where one gets a free massage after 10 visits. The foot massage takes place towards the back of the massage parlor featuring 4-5 massage "beds" in an open area. Massage started off with a warm foot bath before moving on to a thorough and strong foot and arm massage. The foot massage was pretty strong and so was the back massage. Massage finished off with a cup of tea along with a chocolate. ~$50/hour foot massage + $10 recommended tip.

They sat us down fairly quickly with basin to soak our feet. The chair/ bed was comfortable and adjustable. My friend got her massage first and in the middle of her massage the therapist left to check on new customer and then came back to finished her massage that is less than 30 mins long. While waiting, I heard erotic sounds coming from a male in another room. I was disturbed. I was waited there for about half of My friend's massage before another therapist came and did my massage. Both of our massages time were shorter than 30 mins and were never ask how the pressure was. They started replacing the towels before we left and then asked for tips when we were trying to leave, even though tips are optional.

I've been seeing Carol for deep tissue massages, and she is amazing. She is professional, friendly,…read moreand always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Carol does a great job targeting areas of tension and adjusting the pressure to what I need. Her deep tissue massages are effective without being overwhelming, and I always leave feeling much better than when I arrived. Not only is she skilled at what she does, but she's also warm, personable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Carol to anyone looking for a great massage therapist!

I had an amazing experience here today. I had purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute hot stone…read moremassage. Making an appointment was very easy. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. They have water bottles and hot tea for you while you wait or for after your session. I checked in at the front and was immediately taken back to a massage room. The room is very nice and clean with relaxing music playing in the background as well as nature sounds of water. The lights are dim to your level of comfort. You can remove as much or as little clothing as you like. I laid down on the comfortable table and waited for my masseuse. You can choose a male or female masseuse when you make your appointment. Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She did a combo of deep tissue and Swedish massage all over my body and also focused more on my low back. The hot stones felt really good and the heat level was just right. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. I really liked my experience with Laura. She helped my back feel better which is a miracle. I will definitely be coming back here again for more services. The staff here are all very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend coming here.

Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. The room was calming with low, warm lighting while we undressed. It was mostly shut off during our massage. The music was also playing low. Very easy to let yourself relax here. The lobby and overall space is well curated. The lobby has a coffee and tea bar that also has water post massage. 100/10 be sure to call and make an appt for you're girl! Can't wait to be back!

*Review left after 5 massages in 1 month*…read more Oh my gosh! So glad I stopped by this place. I live super close and decided to finally stop in. I'll be honest... I was nervous after reading the reviews hence why I wanted to go a few times before leaving a review. I know sometimes a place is amazing the first two times, get you hooked and the service drops off. Not for this place! My first massage was for an hour and a half with Ella. 4.5/5. Very good, I did the combo half body, half foot. Pressure was great. I went back 4 more times and had George. He is kick ass! He makes me feel comfortable, always kept me covered and had the perfect amount of pressure. He's so nice and I never feel awkward or anything. I do want to address some people talking about the tipping and also how they have a recommended tip chart. When you go out and eat, your receipt has a recommended tip section. We have accepted that? I'm going to be honest here.. you're paying $40 for a one hour foot massage.. frankly that's wrong if you're not tipping at least $15-$20. Some one hour massage places are charging $120-140 excluding tip. I understand this isn't a luxurious spa, but come on! $60 including tip for a foot massage is reasonable. If you didn't like it, I get it... don't go back then or you can give feedback during the massage. Don't be shy. My only feedback for them is the last two times I was there, it was a bit stuffy. Hoping it was just some hotter days it won't be as hot in there going forward. This is my new weekly go to place!

I lived here a few years ago and this was my favorite massage place. Their service was impeccable!…read more Today, this was not the case. We called and requested a couples massage for 1 hour. They said no problem, can you come in 30 minutes? We said sure! When we arrived, the two young ladies in the front said they could not do one hour, only 30 min. We said no problem, we will come back in 2 days at 6 PM for a one hour couple's massage. They said it's okay, we can do an hour, please stay. The room was cold, they were coming in and out of the room multiple times, walked in on us undressing, then scolded us for lying between the sheets and kicked us off the table and told us to put towels on. I rated massage 1 out of 5 stars, my partner 2 out of 5 stars. It was a terrible experience. They skipped the hot stones that were advertised. Won't be going back! New owners and mgmt, from what I can see.
