Her technique is next level -- not only did she work out every knot, but she stretched me out in all the right ways. It was like a mix of deep tissue, yoga, and pure bliss. I walked in feeling stiff and sore, and walked out feeling loose, light, and completely refreshed. Pearl is incredibly intuitive with pressure and movement -- she knew exactly where to focus and how to release all the tension. If you're looking for a Thai massage that goes beyond the basic and actually helps your body feel and move better, Pearl is your go-to. I'll definitely be back!

Her pressure was perfect, I upgraded to some hot stones and they were the perfect temperature. The only thing that I think could have been improved upon was one side of my back got more attention than the other, but for all I know it's because that side felt like it needed more work - so I'm not going to dock points for something like that when the whole service was exactly what I wanted out of a massage. Next time I think I'll spring for a longer one though - 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, I wasn't ready to go back to the real world! Thank you to Allee Massage for fixing my last visit and letting me give it a second chance. I'll definitely be back (and referring my friends as well) now that I know just to avoid whoever the heck I had last time lol

Parking is easy underneath the building. I have had myofascial massage sessions with 2 therapists- Ms Bria and Ms Blanca. Both have a slightly different style but both are amazing. I always leave the room feeling relaxed. End of the session, Ms Blanca also does stretching which is super helpful. Highly recommend it! Please give them a try.

Parking was available on nearby surface streets. There appeared to be a small parking lot behind the building too. The massage parlor takes place inside an "office building" with numerous "suites." The office building is multi-level with a stairs that gets you up to the 2nd floor. The break room seems to be communal with other "suites." The massage took place inside a suite. There appears to be two "beds" sectioned off by sheer curtains. After spending time in Thailand, I've been on the lookout for a strong traditional Thai massage therapist. Many of the "Thai massages" in the area mix the traditional Thai massage with the western massage styles by adding oil etc.... Informed the therapist that I was looking for a Thai traditional massage without oil and strong, just like in Thailand. The therapist was strong, did numerous stretches, just like in Thailand. $95/hr + gratuity with $5 off for paying cash. There appears to be a promo program where there is a discounted rate for buying sets of massages. The massage parlor seems to be by appointment only.

I've been going to Lucky Foot Relaxation Massage for quite some time now, and I can honestly say…read moreevery therapist I've worked with has been experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and very well trained. What I appreciate most is that they take the time to understand my specific focus areas and adjust the massage based on what my body needs that day. They really listen and tailor the session to what works best for me, whether it's deep tissue focus, recovery, or overall relaxation. And then they always take time to make me feel comfortable. Another thing that stands out is their flexibility and customer service. Many times I've reached out last minute because I happened to be nearby or wanted to book same day, and they've often been able to accommodate me with therapists ready to go. Consistently professional, clean, reliable, and high quality service. Highly recommend.

I had a very uncomfortable experience here and would not return…read more First, the tipping process felt extremely pressured and inappropriate. I had already planned to leave a tip, but when it wasn't what they considered their "minimum," I was questioned about it and even laughed at. That alone was unprofessional, but it didn't stop there. The front desk staff then pulled out a tip sign that was hidden behind another sign--something that should have been clearly visible from the start if it's truly their policy. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I would not recommend this place.

Review of Valerie…read more I have been going to massage envy for at least 15 years. Sadly, my experience at this location was one of the worst massages in my life. Valerie could stand to listen to her clients and realize that it's not about what SHE wants, it's about what the client wants. After all, I'm the one paying for the service. When someone is saying it's too painful and to stop... she needs to learn to STOP. But no, she keeps going and digging in entirely too hard because she thinks it's what is needed. Not her body, not her choice. You would like to think a woman could understand that concept. I guess should have gotten up and left. Or maybe screamed? I don't even know. It's a terrible position to be in laying there undressed having someone repeatedly hurt you like that. I'm in so much pain after my massage that I can't even sit back on my sofa because the slightest pressure on my back and shoulders is unbearable. Then there was the 90 minutes of lecturing about everything I do wrong in my life. Apparently I don't eat the way she thinks I should, I don't exercise enough, and I don't have the right posture. At some point I just quit responding to her questions because I was tired of being told why whatever answer I gave was wrong. Aside from the actual massage, parking is easy and plentiful. The waiting room is small, as are the treatment rooms, but everything seems clean and in good repair. front desk staff is lackluster. they're not particularly pleasant people, but they ring up transactions fine.

The rooms temperature was comfortable and the blankets were soft and warm. My main review is for Sara who provided a 60 minute deep tissue massage that exceeded my expectations! Now, she isn't going to be everybody's cup of tea, especially if you're expecting a relaxing pampering massage to fall asleep. I appreciate that type of massage, but this time I came in with acute back pain. She honed in and went right to it. Honestly, at first it seemed rougher, but it was clear her expertise provided the relief I needed. I did not even mention any other pain points but as she worked, she identified three other pain areas that I've been dealing with for months. That's how I knew she has a keen understanding of how the body should move and feel, and the skill to guide my muscles/fascia back to where they should be to be able to function properly and without pain. She adjusted her technique as she felt my body could tolerate (e.g. she threw in some Thai massage technique to lengthen and stretch at the end). After 60 minutes, my pain levels reduced significantly from 7/10 to 2/10. I couldn't believe it! My heel pain of six months was gone! She is one of two therapists I've had in my life that actually healed my body's aches. If you want to be rejuvenated, I highly recommend Sara at Saigon Spa!
