Out of the blue, one tire became defective, so I returned to have it fixed. At first, they told me I needed to buy a new tire. When I showed them my receipt and reminded them of the warranty, they suddenly changed the story and claimed the tire had been previously repaired, which made no sense because I bought it brand new from them. After insisting, they decided to "repair" the tire instead, which raised questions about their honesty. The worst part came after. As I prepared to leave, I realized my brakes no longer worked and my trunk wouldn't open--problems I never had before bringing my car in. When I confronted them, their response was simply, "That's not our problem, your car is old." They told me to leave with a vehicle that had no brakes, completely ignoring the danger they created. I came in for a simple tire repair and left with a car that was unsafe to drive. If you value professionalism, honesty, and safety, stay far away from this place.

One time when they were putting air in my tires, they realized that there was a screw that punctured one of my tires. They had lots of recognition and certificates of achievements hanging on the walls. They are also certified Geico repair location. I also received an email confirmation from Carco. All of this was at no cost. I was done in 15 minutes. That was really a smooth convenient service by the shop.
