I decided to get my car washed today. $14 for the basic wash and $9 for the Graphene coating. The hood and the roof are still dirty (how does this even happen? I mean ...it went through a car wash.) I wouldn't recommend this car wash to friends, family or enemies. Avoid at all costs. read more

The reason for the date and time is because the manager at that time. Basically told me that he really did not care. So I bought the Platinum service which is the highest level. When the car came out they all rushed over to dry the car. When I went to get the car it was still dripping water. So I asked to have it dried some more. The manager came over and said that there will be residual water dripping from the car. Which I know but they could have spent an extra minute to dry the car. I proceeded to get a towel and I was drying the car myself and the manager said the car had to move for more cars to fit and he got in and moved my car. He was more concerned that I was taking up space finishing up their job then satisfying the customer. I would give less than one star if that was an option. Also they left dirt on the bumper under the area that they deck lid covered read more

I went to this car wash years ago and wasn't happy but figured I would try it again. I'm going to highly recommend not to waste your time or money at this place. First of all the interior wasn't vacuumed at all. The rims weren't cleaned. The outside of the car was dripping water everywhere. I had to get a towel from a guy and spend a few minutes finishing their job. Then got home and cleaned the rims. This place is a joke the owner / manger has no idea how to run this business read more

Urban Auto Spa - The rims on my car AFTER the car wash. Pathetic - Car Wash Near Me - Wayne, New Jersey

I've been going to this car wash for at least 5 years but I'm done wasting my money. They could have so many people working and you still need to stand over them after it goes through the car wash just to point out what they've missed in addition to asking them to lock your floor mats. Last visit this is how the dash was left after I paid for a regular wash. read more

Avoid this place. There are plenty of good car wash places in Wayne and Pompton Lakes. I signed up for one month unlimited car washes. Never informed that in the small print, it auto deducts from your credit card every month. After getting billed a couple of times, I spoke to the manager, who was polite, but basically told me we're not going to do a thing for me. They are supposed to be very transparent and tell everyone, you are signing up for automatic deductions before you sign. I am now using other car washes and am very satisfied. Big mistake to go to Urban Auto Spa. read more

New review after remodeling. I liked it better before paid 31 for platinum Car was filthy Nothing wiped down No armor all on tires Floors not vacuumed No difference between this and the $10 cheapo trash wash Came back immediately and asked to remedy the situation Ended up paying another 17.50 for more services Never coming back read more

Decent car wash, not great. If you do the monthly service and bring your car every week then it may be better, but it depends when you go if they are very busy then they will not pay too much attention to your car. read more

I see there is another review with the same name and initial. That was not me. I lease cars, to force myself not to hold onto cars forever, which I have done (maintenance ends up being very expensive). So the car I had during Covid, the lease was up. I went to Urban Auto Spa just to clean it out nicely before I turned the car in. There had been some problems with the car and I had not maintained the car on this lease well. They recommended to me that I power wash the floor mats. That was an extra $1 per mat. When the car had been done through the wash, the staff spent a really long time cleaning my inside. I could not believe how immaculate the car looked inside. It was brand new. When I turned in the lease and the dealership inspects the car they commented on how well I kept the car that it looks brand new. This affects the price they put on your turn in! This makes a difference!! Problem: They convinced me to go on the monthly. I had let them know I was turning in the lease and will have a new car later that day, the next time I come in. They said I can switch the car to the new one just give them the plates. For the record, so everyone knows - you can't do that. When you have a contract on a car it is on one license plate. This was explained to me now and I understand the reasoning. It makes complete sense. When I came in for the first time with the new car, I was then told I couldn't switch the car. So I bought a monthly to only use once? Luckily, got to talk to the manager - Scotty. It looked like he was going to not help. I was telling the truth. I was giving a lot of details, but they were their rules. After a while, they did give it to me. They said that contract will end at the month and I will have to create a new contract. Now I know the rule. The rule makes sense. I won't make that error again. Since that time, when I go in, Scotty greets me when I get there. I know he looks out for me. It is like having a friend in the business. But I can also say from the first time I went in, everyone there just does a great job. It is so worth it. I am looking forward to the winter where I won't have to let the salt sit on the car. I plan on my car looking new all year round. Thanks so much! I wish I had taken before and after pictures of the first car. It would have been great for people to see. I hadn't known and didn't do it. read more

I bought the monthly pass about a year and a half ago and I highly recommend, my car always looks spotless once I leave and smells amazing

Absolutely worst car wash EVER! I paid for the premium wash and they didn't even vacuum the back seat. I had to ask them to do it after they said the car was finished. Then as I drove away I realized they didn't even wipe down the passenger seat or door. When you pay for premium service you expect at the very least good service. What an absolute joke. Sadly, I put a tip in the tip box before they finished. read more

First class service and always with a smile. Truck always looks awesome after coming here.

The first time I asked them to clean the insides they missed almost half the spots. Not sure why everyone was in such a rush while cleaning. The second time around, I literally pointed out the spots that needed cleaning after they said they were done. They kept going back to clean the spots yet missed so much. Again not sure why they're in a rush and keep missing the most obvious areas. read more

VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT ! This is Wayne guys not Paterson you expect that type of a customer treatment from a geto neighborhood not a beautiful town like Wayne. I been treated much better anywhere else. You can go anywhere do an exterior wash and simply tell the attendant can you just clean my driver side one floor mat as a favor and tip them. Not HERE. Here under the new management they just want your money. They don't care if your satisfied or not. A SHAME cause under the old Ownership it was actually one of the better car washes. I guess the new management wants to get rich over night or thinks you should just give them your Money weather your car is cleaned or not. P.S. pity this is actually the first time I have ever had to use a thumbs down emoji. read more

Exterior was clean, however, it wasn't dried properly. Water spots everywhere. Interior was vacuumed but the dash, windows, mirrors were very poorly done. It wasn't a rushed job, there were very few people in line. It was apparent that they just didn't care. It was the second time that I have had a bad experience there. I will not be returning. read more

I opted for the platinum wash and my car came out great. They have tons of workers drying down the car at the end of the wash. They must have found a $20 bill in my car and left it in the cup holder for me. How honest is that? Great place. A little pricey but plan to use them again. read more

I when to this place to have my car cleaned a simple wipe down. The guy that is so called manager charged me $25. When I told the guy to wipe the door down. He got an attitude and said no I had to go back and get the manager he told me that if I payed another additional $15 to do it.. the money was not the point is the bad service. Don't go there they have no work ethic don't know English. All in all bad communication with customer. read more

Use same cloths for windows and leather seats which is not the way to clean either. They miss a lot of obvious dirt especially in the front of the seats. it's way too rushed and they tend to skip a lot of spots to where I end up cleaning some of it all over myself. Also the Frk lks locations tend to tell you you need things you don't... like new tires. And will then back peddle when you tell them they were just check by someone else and they are perfectly fine for another year at the very least. I've read and heard many similar complaints about these types of charges and attempts at charging. read more

I have used this car wash for years, but lately it's gone downhill. I most recently paid over $20 for an interior and exterior cleaning. The results were very disappointing. Water spots left on my car and streaks of wax. The inside was not cleaned. My dashboard and steering area were still covered in dust. The floor mats were left with some white residue all over them. Nothing looked vacuumed. I even tipped the guy $4. Money I wish I could get back. I will not be returning after years of loyalty because the service and quality of work is dismal. read more

I forgot how great this place is...I used to go here when I lived in Wayne, but since living in Pompton Plains, I've been going closer to where I live, but to a far inferior car wash... Disappointments have led me to search for another car wash/quick lube, but after rediscovering this place, I'll be going here from now on... Great job all around!..Exterior comes out better than at any other place and they clean the interior better than I've ever seen...They acutally remove the loose change to clean the cup holders (and replace it)...Also included in the wash is the floor mats, which other places charge extra for... I will return frequently... read more

These guys are probably the worst at cleaning your car you can pay for the top service and they don't even do the job right. They don't even dry my mats after washing them and they forgot about the two mats in the back, and then when I leave are there streaks of water on my car which I then have to clean when I get home. Do not go here unless you want the machine to wash your car. read more

Not bad for the only game in town. My car wasn't fully dry, which means it would have picked up a bunch of dust as I drove home, had I not stopped in a nearby parking lot to wipe it off. (I'm sure they would have done this for me had I asked, but there were a pile of cars behind me.) For $19 and change, plus tip, I expected a little more. read more

Urban Auto Spa - Are dry windows too much to ask for? - Car Wash Near Me - Wayne, New Jersey

I had just purchased a new SUV a week prior and was eager to bring it for its first car wash. I live in Wayne so I brought it to the Wayne Car Wash which is just down the road from my house. The guys up front were very friendly and did a good job of prepping and cleaning off the initial dirt. The machines that they use are good and I liked how I was able to watch my car go through the cleaning process. The lady at the cashier was friendly and after paying for my car wash I had thought all was well... that is until I brought my receipt to the workers who are responsible for drying my car. I handed over my receipt ($18.00 mind you, for a wash and tire shine + tax, no interior cleaning) and gave the gentleman a $3.00 cash tip along with my receipt before any work on his end was done as an incentive to do a good job. Not a thank you was given, rather a poorly rushed job by him and his "amigos". I couldn't have been more upset, my car was still sopping wet with streaks and water marks everywhere from a rushed lazy 1 minute go around. The one gentleman whom I'm assuming was there supervisor was trying his best to correct the lazy errors of his co-workers, however it was still a shit job. I had then tried contacting management at Wayne Car Wash via there websight which offers a comment section. I provided my email address and waited well over a week now for a response from either management or the owner, neither of which cared to respond back to my email. Do not waste your money here, unless you want to go home later and spend 10 minutes of your time doing a correct job properly drying your vehicle. For $20.00 I was expecting a job well done. I will not be returning my business here. read more

This car wash is probably the worst car wash, they used the same towels to dry my car and to clean my windows. How is it possible your car can leave even dirtier then before it got there. After I got back in the car because they used old rags, my car smelled like mold. The one kid drying the car literally dried the same spot for 10 minutes. Then asking the manager what the deal is, he looked at me like I was a magical creature in disbelief. I rather drive my car into a river before I go back there. read more
