We discussed all options, including some that would have taken business away from his shop. His focus was making sure I knew all my options to make an informed decision. They send you text message updates on the status of your repairs, so you always know what is going on with your car. If there is a bigger issue, they will call you to discuss. For example, when ordering a replacement part for the grey/silver side runner for my car, Audi kept sending a piece that didn't quite match what was currently on my car. Two replacement pieces were ordered, and the same issue happened each time. Jose called me to discuss the issue and instead of waiting a few additional days for another part and risking the same issue happening again, Jose made the recommendation of painting that piece black. I have an Audi A6. My passenger rear door totally destroyed and inside the door seal a gaping hole. Was made by DHL delivery truck metal bumper. They replaced the door and masterfully fixed the door seal, repainted and blended in the paint, the car looks like nothing ever happened. They even buffed out all small scratches. I needed some body work from a road hazard that happened back in January. So I called and they were able to accommodate me now in April when I don't really need my car for work. Brought my car back after hitting a deer last year. The experience was quite different this time around. Jose failed to communicate issues with my insurance and tried to force me into paying the differences in what the insurance company would cover and the parts he ordered for me for my car (these are modifications on my car that he approved to buy). He texted me at 9pm the night before I was supposed to bring my car notifying me of this issue - the difference was close to $500 for aftermarket headlights. It also took a month for me to bring my car in after the initial inspection of damages. After arguing/going back and forth with him for a day, he agreed to pay the difference. He called me 2-3 times after I dropped my car off to give me different options in how the repairs would go, in which all of those options benefited one person: himself. He eventually apologized after multiple attempts of strong arming me and claimed that he was overwhelmed with his business at the moment.
