That's not true because I called. So I called again and he said yeah I know I don't know if we're gonna get to him. I said he's been waiting in six other people came in and again he said ok. Long story short 7:45. They finally got to my son. They changed his tire. The next day his car was vibrating. I took it to my mechanic. They never balanced or aligned his tires.
