Graff is a terrible organization. I bought a used car for $7,000 and spent over $5,000 in repairs. 2,000 of those repairs were the first week i owned the vehicle. Buy at your own risk. The Graff family is a bunch of crooks, they get a way with screwing people over because they are too powerful and rich for you to fight. They have been in Flint too long, they have a statue, do you think you can fight them against your claim? Buyer be safe. DO NOT buy a used car from Graff. They charge the ac long enough for you to get the car off the lot then when you try to get the ac repaired they say to bad. You bought it as is. F you hank Graff. You crook. This used car needed ac lines, bcm, had a short in the fuse panel, battery, alternator, upper control arms forward and rear, lower control arms, shocks, 4 wheel alignment, window switches, pretty much all suspension components. I understand a used car will have some issues but a 2010 should not have to be rebuilt. Graff said "not my problem". F you hank Graff. If you buy from Graff you get what you deserve. They are crooks. They suck. They cover up problems and reset the vehicles computer long enough to get it off the lot then your stuck with the problem. You have been warned. read more

No, the response from the dealer was not sincere. The dealer does not check the cars out; and they say so, too, but just not until you've spent a lot of time with the saleperson, who's getting you to be committed to the vehicle. After that time with said salesperson, they take you away to visit with someone else, who then informs you that the car's condition is not guaranteed AT ALL. It may all be legal, but it is pure manipulation. I do not recommend this dealer. read more

I bit on their internet hook and a member of the internet team wrote back come in and see us for a test drive and pricing. I informed her I just wanted a lease price and I wasn't going to risk my health on any visit. The next day I get a form letter from the internet manager asking me to call him personally and he will take care of me. So I bit and called him gave him my info what truck I wanted the price on and he said he'll get a price and get back to me. Two days latter I get the same form letter from him I emailed him and told him he was going to get back to me with a price and never did. Two days latter he emailed me back and told me his job was to answer any questions I have and to turn me over to a salesman. I emailed him back and stated I would never walk into that dealership again. Which is too bad since I've bought several autos from them including my first car from Otto P. Graff. I did the same from another local dealer and had a price within an hour. read more

Worst service ever! Just 2 weeks ago they fixed my AC it took an entire day and cost $300. Last weekend the AC started to blow HOT air. Was told to being it at 7:30 so it would be fixed today. Now after 3 they still haven't even looked at it and are telling me it may not be until tomorrow. I can either let them keep it or bring it back another day!!?! Both of these options are inconvenient as I JUST had it in an entire day. Plus it's inconvenient for me to get up crazy early when I take care of my stroke patient mom and kids and have them all home sleeping when I left to take it in which could also be dangerous! I Wes told by the service man it was inconvienent for them to get up early to get in also!!!!! Seriously! He told me it was inconvienent for them to go in to work in the mornings! Next time I will not take my car there. This time I only have it there as they just worked on it a few weeks ago. I will be looking for a new shop in Davison that cares about business and customers. read more

Was sold the "GM Car Care Promotion" which included, among other things, up to 6 quarts of oil and a filter. We were charged $17.94 for 6 quarts of oil. We were also charged $6.00 for the filter. Our $29.95 oil change turned into a $43 (plus tax) oil change. Very unhappy customer. read more

You are too expensive compared to other dealerships. I was in line first and the guy took the vehicle behind me in before me. The tech told me I could run my vehicle down to zero percent oil life before an oil change, uh don't think so. Not impressed at all!!!! read more

Spoke to salesman Ron early in the morning, about putting the vehicle on hold for two hours received a call saying his boss was showing the car, but said he would call if they sold the car. After driving an hour and 10 minutes with my child and wife ( and received a call from teh on-line sale rep askign if we were still interested, which we said "yes" in route there; arrived to find that the Vehicle had been sold by the typical overweight lackadaisical "boss" when Sales Rep asked if they sold the car he said Yep it's sold and salesman Ron said well he's the boss...zero integrity.. The price of integrity priceless... price of selling a used car..one box of donuts, when spoke to Sale manager at the "real dealership" across the street, she called and told them the same story they already knew..SELL CARS at any cost...make the sale, close the sale others will come.."We are so sorry" Yes in fact Graff chevy is very sorry!! Lesson learned..Small town folks with smal town ideas...stay small..stay way from us all... read more
