I found a nice used car on Carfax and it was right in the price range we were looking for. We found it at Todd Wenzel in Davison which is about an hour away from us but we were glad that we made the trip. The sales person Brandan was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I loved that we never were pressured in any way to buy the car, and the couple things we saw that needed fixed on the vehicle they were happy to do with no added cost. As a matter of fact we end actually getting the car cheaper because of other people who test drove it and it took the miles up a bit which also brought the price down. They were also very accommodating in that they had the car delivered to our home so we didn't have to make the trip back out to Davison. Overall it was how it should be when buying a car, no pressure, open to negotiate, and a great experience!

Pretty disgusted with our latest servicing. First off, they unplugged my GPS tracker so I couldn't…read moretrack the car while they had it, and didn't plug it back in until we were there to pick it up. Not only annoying, but questionable considering the rest of the story. I was out of town, so my wife took our 2016 Trax in for a clunk in the front end, which turned out to be a control arm bushing going bad. The replacement part cost ($180) was more than twice the cost of GM factory part ($85). While feeling a little robbed, she let them do the work because I wasn't around and didn't have the time. They also recommended the struts be replaced, which honestly really only needs new strut bearings for any noise resolution. It rides and drives great. Really, we'd have choked on that too, but they wanted an eye watering $1132 giving her reservations! That is ungodly ridiculous at any shop. Again they had more than doubled all the seperate factory parts (adds labor putting it together that way). You can buy a high quality assmbled strut complete for under $250, plus 1hr per side labor. All in around $700-800 tops. She declined. They didn't stop trying to hose her there though. In order to pour salt in the wound, the tech recommended a new $285 battery to her...obviously without even testing the battery in it...because it was 2wks old. I just put it in! Nearly $100 of that was for the simple install!! I think an Autozone will drop it in for free for you. Hoever, since we're hosing the female, let's throw in a new belt and tensioner, for no reason in particular mind you, for another $503! There's nothing wrong with either by the way, but even still, the GM belt is $17! Are they on drugs recommending this stuff or just stealing? All in all they wanted $3280 in misc "repairs". They screwed her over royally on an $85 control arm for $629, but now she knows to never go back, and I'll be telling everyone too. This isn't a Dealership, it's a true "Stealership", and I feel like a victim.

The Carfax showed a history of "severe damage" accident/repair. With this type of vehicle, this carfax report substantially lowers the value of the vehicle (by at least $25,000) And makes it extremely difficult to resell. JMB Auto Sports refused to unwind the deal or offer any concessions and did not reply to any of our communications. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the state AG for consumer fraud. Do not do business with these fraudsters. They are dishonest hucksters. Look at all of their reviews.

CarFax appeared legit; photos of the truck seemed like other than some cosmetic work needing to be done, everything was in pretty good shape for the mileage and the fact that it initially came from Ontario, Canada (I expected rust/salt stains on the undercarriage). Paid $2K to have the truck shipped to AZ. Truck arrives with a squeaky pulley, burned out passenger side headlamp, burned out orange roof lamp and a burned out passenger side mirror lamp. The unlocking button on one key fob didn't work and the other fob was split open. The interior of the cab was messy and not consistent with the online pics. Day 3 of driving , the check engine light blesses me with its presence (P207F code). Check the DEF system and it's destroyed; alternator is also shot. Idler pulley and tensioner are crapped out as well. Email the dealership explaining that I realize this was an "AS IS" purchase, however asking if they stand behind their products and actually care about customer service. They clearly don't. Learn from my mistake: Have a qualified tech do a thorough inspection before you decide to buy from this dealership, otherwise you may potentially be several thousand in the hole not long after.
