With great gratitude, I share Carson Roat, our service consultant at the Tod Windsor GMC. Buick of Davison has always gone above and beyond to take care of our vehicles needs. Carson is knowledgeable, personable, and most of all patient with our request for service. This young man has made us feel like we're family. On top of our vehicles kept in tiptop running condition, he makes us feel truly valued as a customer. A big thank you to you, Carson and the rest of the team at Tod Wenzel GMC of Davison. read more

Brought my vehicle in for a oil change and install of the park assist from the chip shortage. They rotated my tires and charged me without even asking which is a first for me. I would have declined if they would have asked as my tire rotation is covered through my warranty purchased through the supplier. Still only 20 dollars so I figured no biggie. The last straw was the cabin filter was recommended to be replaced (and i agree it was) but when i went to change it myself they had not replaced the t20 screw that secured the filter in place after they had inspected the filter. I'll buy a new bolt as its not worth driving to the dealership to replace. But they can and should do better. read more

Excellent service at this dealership. They are trustworthy, competent, friendly and quick

I brought my 2022 vehicle with 30,000 miles on it in there for a noise when breaking they said they had never seen this issue before but they would replace the control arms for $1200. I declined because I do not feel that is the issue when I picked up the vehicle the steering wheel was crooked. I contacted them and they said they did nothing with the vehicle other than test drive it and raise it up on the hoist. Prior to me coming in there I drove this vehicle on a 500 mile vacation my steering wheel was straight. I feel they are taking a stab in the dark at what is wrong with it at my expense and I feel they did do something too cause the steering wheel to be crooked. I don't have much faith in Todd Wenzel. read more

We were in the market for a new ride after our current one got totaled when it got hit just being parked on the street. I found a nice used car on Carfax and it was right in the price range we were looking for. We found it at Todd Wenzel in Davison which is about an hour away from us but we were glad that we made the trip. The sales person Brandan was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole buying process. I loved that we never were pressured in any way to buy the car, and the couple things we saw that needed fixed on the vehicle they were happy to do with no added cost. As a matter of fact we end actually getting the car cheaper because of other people who test drove it and it took the miles up a bit which also brought the price down. They were also very accommodating in that they had the car delivered to our home so we didn't have to make the trip back out to Davison. Overall it was how it should be when buying a car, no pressure, open to negotiate, and a great experience! read more

Pretty disgusted with our latest servicing. First off, they unplugged my GPS tracker so I couldn't track the car while they had it, and didn't plug it back in until we were there to pick it up. Not only annoying, but questionable considering the rest of the story. I was out of town, so my wife took our 2016 Trax in for a clunk in the front end, which turned out to be a control arm bushing going bad. The replacement part cost ($180) was more than twice the cost of GM factory part ($85). While feeling a little robbed, she let them do the work because I wasn't around and didn't have the time. They also recommended the struts be replaced, which honestly really only needs new strut bearings for any noise resolution. It rides and drives great. Really, we'd have choked on that too, but they wanted an eye watering $1132 giving her reservations! That is ungodly ridiculous at any shop. Again they had more than doubled all the seperate factory parts (adds labor putting it together that way). You can buy a high quality assmbled strut complete for under $250, plus 1hr per side labor. All in around $700-800 tops. She declined. They didn't stop trying to hose her there though. In order to pour salt in the wound, the tech recommended a new $285 battery to her...obviously without even testing the battery in it...because it was 2wks old. I just put it in! Nearly $100 of that was for the simple install!! I think an Autozone will drop it in for free for you. Hoever, since we're hosing the female, let's throw in a new belt and tensioner, for no reason in particular mind you, for another $503! There's nothing wrong with either by the way, but even still, the GM belt is $17! Are they on drugs recommending this stuff or just stealing? All in all they wanted $3280 in misc "repairs". They screwed her over royally on an $85 control arm for $629, but now she knows to never go back, and I'll be telling everyone too. This isn't a Dealership, it's a true "Stealership", and I feel like a victim. read more

After just over 2 months from the purchase of new tires for both of my vehicles ( Verano and Silverado), the TPMS sensor no longer reports tire pressure data. Called to ask what could be done and learned the cost for repairs or replacement is my responsibility. Not too surprised but one would think that something could be worked out after springing for new tires from a dealership (approx $2k). Just FYI before choosing a dealership. read more

9am appt to arrive and be told at least two hours before it gets put into bay. At that point there is no reason for appointments

Experience was above 5 stars! Janae Kirby was my sales lady! She was great no high pressure! She will do what ever it takes to get the deal done. If you go there ask for Janae! I will be buying my used cars or trucks from this dealer! F&I department was great as well. I want to thank the dealership for keeping their word and doing everything we discussed! read more

Do not purchase anything from this business. My daughter purchased a 2017 with supposed Certified pre-owned and that means nothing. They sell crap. Less than 3000 miles and engine blows. They certified nothing. Now they want over 10000 to replace their so called certified pre-owned vehicle motor. They will not stand behind anything. They will not give her anything on a trade in or make it right. Garbage business. Karma is not kind. Had to give them a star to post this. I would rate zero!!!@!@ read more

Going here was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I feel the sales rep took advantage of me because I had just been in a collision and needed a car for work and got me to sign on an expensive lease. Now at the end of the lease Ive tried to buy the vehicle and its all bully tactics and bollocks to get me to enter an even more expensive agreement. I will never go here again and wish I never had. read more

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the used 2019 Ram 1500 I purchased from this dealership and the way I was treated throughout the buying process. The truck was offered at a great price, but living out of state and 400 miles away meant that I had to negotiate my trade, purchase price, and all other terms over the phone. EVERYTHING was completely upfront from the dealer and NOTHING changed when I arrived to pick it up. The truck was exactly as described, and service and communications throughout were proactive, thorough, transparent, and courteous. Where some dealers try to add costs or change terms at the last minute, these guys were pros and delivered exactly as promised - I was literally out of the dealership within 30 minutes! Special thanks to Chris Bauer, the used car manager who drafted my deal terms and supervised the process, as well as Bryce Collier, the salesman who got the paperwork and everything else put together prior to arrival. Communications were great with both of them, and Bryce had surprising knowledge of the truck despite it being a Ram pickup at a GMC dealership. Even though we arrived later than expected at their closing hour on Friday night, both were there to greet me and close the deal as promised - and their excitement to deliver as promised was evident. I literally could not be happier with the process, and I would make the drive again just to deal with this exceptional team. Other dealers could learn a lot from these guys about what consumers really want and need when buying a car. THANK YOU CHRIS AND BRYCE!!! read more

I had an appointment for 10am to purchase my car that I had been leasing. I was told when I made the appointment it was going to only take an hour. I did not leave the dealership until 1:45pm. I was lied to when they kept telling me it would only be a few more minutes. When I made the appointment I was under the impression that the financing would have been pre approved so all we had to do is sign things. I was also surprised when the salesman talked about me buying another new vehicle when I specifically told him I was coming in to buy my leased vehicle. I was not happy and I will not be buying another car from this dealership because I was lied to and it took way too long. read more

Very unsatisfied with Todd Wenzel Davison's service. When Parties have clear confirmation(s) of the plan for service and cleaning, the team failed to perform after having vehicle for ~10 days. Got car back after fighting for original agreement, gave up on the cleaning too. I won't go back, what a waste of time over my vacation. Voice from your lost customer, follow your commitment(s). My first time dealing with Todd Wenzel; it won't be my last. My wife and I had a great experience, everyone was very friendly and professional. Our salesperson, Erica Dunn went out of her way to see that each of our needs was met. She found us the exact car we wanted at another Todd Wenzel store and had it brought to the Davison store very quickly; she gets an 'A+' in my book. We have another lease coming due in a couple months and we will be back to see her. thank you for a 'fine car buying experience.' David Beardslee read more

I bought two vehicles from Todd Wenzel in Davidson. Now my son needs to get a vehicle so I took him to Todd Wenzel in Davidson. Our salesman is no longer working for the dealership but he recommended another person so we talked to that person. My son was negotiating on a price with a trade in that my wife and I were going to let him trade in. The sales manger increased the price of the vehicle by $ 2,000. So instead of coming to an agreement he was ok with us walking out. The used car manger is not a good person to talk to if you want to buy a vehicle from Todd Wenzel. I won't be buying any more vehicles from them. read more

Terrible terrible terrible service experiences with this dealership. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation/balance and was quoted an estimate of $70. Went in and had the work done, got the bill and it was $170. Just purchased our 5th vehicle from Todd Wenzel Davison. Won't go anywhere else! Best service around!

Stay away from this place and their Swindler and Chief Drew Smith. I was quoted a price for a 2018 Yukon based on a series of pictures that were sent to me. Deal was closed and agreed upon, just needed to finalize the paperwork...I get up there after driving 45 minutes to find the vehicle and all the amenities were different. I was told they would not honor their price, but I could pay more. When I told them I wanted the car I agreed to, I was met by a condescending general manager named Drew Smith who blamed me for the mess up and that I should've known better. Refused to honor the price, refused to apologize, take accountability for his and his dealership's actions. I walked out of there and you should too, save yourself the scam and stay away from this place. read more

As a resident of Davison - I have tried to purchase a new vehicle there on 2 occasions- unsuccessful both times. Their process of talking to "qualifiers" before actually getting to a salesperson who knows what's going on is frustrating. Then the experienced sales person did not listen to the important requirements and was unable to get a competitive proposal. This dealership does not seem interested to sell cars!!!! In both occasions I purchase elsewhere. Shame for Davison but Graff in Mt Pleasant does a great job! read more

Still waiting 6 days later for a return phone call. When I called I was told Mallory was busy and would call me back shortly. All I'm trying to do is obtain the 2nd key for my new Buick envision that they are refusing to give me. When you buy or lease a new vehicle you receive 2 keys for that vehicle. Todd Wenzel dealership is refusing to give me the2nd key because the sales manager doesn't like the deal that was legally signed. To tell me to turn it over to insurance as missing key is fraud as far as I'm concerned because it's not missing they refused to give it to me. Poor customer service read more

I leased a 2021 Acadia, Danny Ray was sales person. He is fantastic. He is the only person in the entire dealership who could help me with the Service Department which is deplorable. My 2021 Acadia with 2215 miles on it was doing this. Navigation system did not work. Radio shut off when it felt like it for a few minutes. Blower motor would be running when I got in car and car was not running. Parking brake would come on when it wanted to, one time luckily I was only going 5mp it slammed me to a stop. My car had 2215 miles on it when I took in when I picked up 4 weeks, yes 4 weeks later it had 2787 miles on it. I will say of the 572 miles probably 300 were mine because I waited 10 days for rental. Will in service is a jerk. All I asked was to be kept informed of what they were doing. 2 weeks go by no word I call Will tells me they are putting a new radio in it. Has been ordered will be here next day should have my car back in another day. 2 more weeks go by this time I call Service Manager John Green he will check to see what is going on. 2 days later they delivered my car to me at work. Same day I got in car blower motor is running but the car is not. Parking brake is on I do not and never have used the parking brake. Call General Manager Josh Gordon, of course got no call back. 4 weeks they had my car I made $439.48 payment on a brand new car that I did not drive for 4 weeks. I asked to be reimbursed for this of, course I heard nothing. They want my car back I do agree to give them one more chance. Now I am dealing with a nice young man named Brett. I explain everything, of course I get I am so sorry. Once again I ask to be kept informed on what is happening, guess what no call back. I call, they tell me they are waiting for an Engineer to get there to see what the problem is. They are test driving can not make this stuff happen and the radio is still turning off. Finally I have had enough, got my next payment in the mail they still have my car. I have put out $878.96 on a brand new car that they had for 7, yes 7 weeks. I want Wenzel to reimburse me. I called LaFontaine in Highland explained the situation they are going to fix my car. The service adviser Nick, told me there are 2 recalls on 2 of the things wrong with my car. Called Wenzel told them I would be there in 30 minutes have my car out front. The side of the console is damaged and this time even though they told me they were test driving my car to get it to do these things it had the exact same mileage on it as it did when I dropped it off. I took a picture of the dash before I left my car. They did not even put 1 mile on my car, so once again THEY LIED!!!!!!! Would I ever recommend Todd Wenzel Davison service department....... HELL NO!!!!!!!!! read more

My elderly father took his car there "recently". By recently I mean almost 3 weeks ago. The service department keeps giving him the run around about when his car will be fixed.
