They did a great job within a reasonable time, and returned my truck washed, waxed, and detailed. It looks great! They also fixed a couple of minor issues at no extra charge! When I attempted to tip the worker who had gone the extra mile, he refused it, saying "You have to do good things for people. What goes around comes around." I admire and respect his attitude, and I won't hesitate to recommend their shop, although I hope that I have no further repair business with them. ;)

I called and ask about 1 main thing I was looking at getting work done on and I briefly mentioned something else that I had a question about and they went above and beyond to get my other issue resolved as well. And with a great central location it makes it nice and easy to get here to get work done. They claimed I needed a whole new passenger side fender and also said my doors weren't repairable, so they would need to get a whole new set of doors as well. Apparently what I asked for was unobtainable because their 'reputation' was more important, which was stated to me by an employee. After they took pictures and gave me a quote of about $3,400, I saw the quote papers had a bunch of other stuff they never even mentioned, such as repairing my windshield and back glass which are in perfect shape. This place rips off their customers for a quick buck, and I'm sure it was because I'm a girl. Very unprofessional.

Serra is a completely different dealership with no concern for you or your vehicle. We worked directly with the Serra Disservice Manager, Chris B. Chris was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Chris has no concern for the customer & terrible communication during the entire process. We took our vehicle to Serra to have service performed & without doing any diagnostic work on the vehicle Serra Service tried to get a new engine from our Max-Care Warranty, rather than to perform the engine repair. With our vehicle having the Max Care Warranty, Serra Service assumed they could make additional money off the warranty group by replacing the entire engine on our vehicle. By doing this, Serra Service triggered a buyout from Max-Care which cancelled our warranty coverage & left us with a vehicle that still needs repaired & they charged us over $1000 for this disservice. Please do not make the same mistake that we made & take your vehicle to Serra Disservice!
