Purchased a car here and I must say the ENTIRE staff here is absolutely wonderful! I have They're…read morevery very kind, helpful, patient, professional, down-to-earth, efficient & friendly. Now Im very big on GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's the first thing that gets me in the door and has my undivided attention. I Feel the staff fully answered all of my questions honestly without trying to hustle me or talk me into something I didn't want or need. 1ST day - they were closed but could still look at the vehicles on the lot. I just browsed around just to see if something would catch my eye (a few vehicles did). Day 2- I came back talked to staff, got questions answered, test drove and got vehicle(s) inspected by my choice facility/mechanic. Day 3 - proper paper work handled & new car purchased. Now this is what i call as easy as 1-2-3...lol. I had a blast talking and mingling with the crew!! Oh yeah I left out the BEST PART EVEEEER: This was a great day about 70°F out sun shining; while signing paper work and waiting on vehicle to be shined up my daughter and I was treated with the most incredible, delicious homemade jalapeno & cheese brats...Mmmm so good !! Special Thanks to Karrie & John the owners and Ed, Chris & Ryan who made purchasing a vehicle very easy. Without a doubt if your looking for a used vehicle you should check out Auto City used cars in Clio, Michigan. I know I'll be back sooner than later

TLDR: this guy is sketchy and don't buy there. This is not…read moremy first time leaving a one star review. I bought the car on 1/20/2025, after waiting over an hour him to show up (meeting time was confirmed) as clean, no issues, ready to turn key and drive. I took it for a test drive and did get it inspected on that test drive and all they found was an exhaust leak and a rattle. He was a little angry I took it to get inspected even though I didn't think I had to ask to do that. When I took the car back I said I wanted to take it to my regular mechanic and see what the rattle was. He allowed me to do that on 1/20. My mechanic ONLY looked for the rattle. It checked out and I purchased the car. 5 hours later the car broke down. It lost all power steering. That was the first time I left a 1 star review. He called me 10 minutes later he called me making me feel bad for leaving the review so i took it down. We talked. He offered me my money back for the car because he sold it to me for "a steal" but looking back at the reviews on this dealership all his "steals" didn't really work out. He said he would work with me to get the car fixed as I am a college student and spent my whole savings on this car. So I got the car inspected to see what exactly was the problem and it was the rack and pinion. The cost to fix it is shown below of over 2000$. When i asked why it wasnt caught in the inspection i got the mechanic at belle tire told they would have had to take the front end apart to find it and used car inspections do not typically go that deep. When I called him and said I could not afford to fix it and I would like my money back he said he would try and figure it out but the car was a lent car and he'd call me back in 30-40 minutes and I have never heard from him again. So now I'm stuck with a broken car that was listed at 110,000 but he drove it as his personal car so it had 111,500 if not more on it.The power steering problem can temporarily be fixed by clearing a code on the car so I am almost sure but have no proof that he knew about when he sold it to me as he drove it as his personal car and just cleared the code before I drove it. When you clear the code it'll last about 50 miles which is about how much I drove it from the test drive to when it cut out on me.

UNSAFE VEHICLE!!!!…read more I'm not usually one for writing reviews but I have to put this out there... I went to go test drive a car there today. It was an SUV I could live with. Had low miles. The sales guy was going to "cut me a break" on the price since I would be paying cash. The "break" was only charging $800 over KBB value. I understand it's a seller's market so way willing to pay more. After about 3 times using the brakes, they started to grind metal on metal and STUCK. I could barely stop when I turned around to go back to this place. I understand there is risk buying a car sold as is but it was dangerous. When I went in to tell the sales guy, he talked over me and tried to get me out the door as fast as possible. When I turned, there was a sort of crunchy grinding noise. My husband and I had pulled over a little ways down the road to just inspect the vehicle away from the sales guy. It smelled like weed. All the compartments in the center console were broken. It was dirty (dirt and grim and sticky cup holders) with stuff under the seats. 1 of the seats didn't move the way it should. It was missing vent covers. The back hatch didn't open. Trying to end on a positive... I will say that the sales guy was very friendly and responsive when we spoke on the phone.
