My last used car dealership experience was in 2011 and it was a nightmare - so I was understandably hesitant to walk into Al Serra Pre Owned Vehicles. That feeling went away almost instantly - the salesperson I worked with (Justin F) greeted me with such genuine enthusiasm and seemed excited to find me a car I loved. Finding the car was easy - I was a difficult buyer to get approved for financing, though. Justin and Roby in billing both were so patient, kind and helpful. I felt like they really fought for me to be approved and ultimately they succeeded and were able to go above and beyond expectations with terms etc. I made sure to let them know in person, too, but I hope they see this review so they can hear it again - THANK YOU SO MUCH! I felt taken care of, appreciated and seen as an individual - not just another customer coming through the doors of a very busy dealership. Serra is a completely different dealership with no concern for you or your vehicle. We worked directly with the Serra Disservice Manager, Chris B. Chris was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Chris has no concern for the customer & terrible communication during the entire process. We took our vehicle to Serra to have service performed & without doing any diagnostic work on the vehicle Serra Service tried to get a new engine from our Max-Care Warranty, rather than to perform the engine repair. With our vehicle having the Max Care Warranty, Serra Service assumed they could make additional money off the warranty group by replacing the entire engine on our vehicle. By doing this, Serra Service triggered a buyout from Max-Care which cancelled our warranty coverage & left us with a vehicle that still needs repaired & they charged us over $1000 for this disservice. Please do not make the same mistake that we made & take your vehicle to Serra Disservice!

I reached out regarding a significant issue with the front right wheel pulling hard, and what followed turned into an absolute nightmare. After securing an appointment, I dropped my car off at 1 PM, hopeful for a quick resolution. Four and a half hours passed with no communication from them, leading me to make two calls for updates. To my dismay, I learned they hadn't even begun to inspect my vehicle. The response I received was disheartening; it felt dismissive when they suggested I would have to cover costs that should have been addressed by them so soon after my purchase. I expected at least a simple courtesy of checking my car and providing updates instead of making me chase after them for information. After speaking with four different people and experiencing confusion over who was responsible for costs, the used car department finally offered to split the cost of a diagnostic. They promised to pick up my car the following Monday, but nearly a week has passed without any follow-up or scheduling communication. The lack of respect and communication throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating. One service representative, Todd, was particularly dismissive, treating my concerns as if I were overreacting and implying that I was simply making up issues. This is not how a new customer should be treated. Having only purchased my vehicle three weeks ago and already facing such a distressing service experience--despite having bought an extended warranty--I feel abandoned. The fact that I can't get a simple diagnostic covered after spending tens of thousands of dollars is truly unacceptable. Now, I am forced to spend $200 to have it serviced elsewhere. I will return to Randy Wise only when necessary for warranty work.

What can we do for you?" I knew right then I had come to the right place! After finding out my name, Hunter ALWAYS addressed me by my name ( which made me feel at home) and it got better from there. I explained that I had just had my front tires replaced and told Hunter that I had replaced my lower control arms myself but I asked if they would check my work to see if had I had done the job right? I also explained that I had a bumping noise that I could not find for over a year under the front end. I also need a front end alinement because the new tires and the the new control arms. I was embarrassed to tell Hunter that I had did the work myself, but he ever so politely made me feel better by assuring me that they would take care of everything and told me I was not stupid! A lot of places would have tried to make you feel like you were some kind of moron who should not be any where near a wrench but Hunter was just the opposite! Anyway, they found in 3 minutes (or less) what the bumping noise was under my front end (it was the stabilizer bars on both sides) and told me my control arms were installed correctly which made me puff up with pride, and they performed a front end alignment quickly and correctly and for a great price! It was a Friday before memorial day and they wanted to go home like everyone else, but nicely fit me in (which they didn't have to do) and I was on the road in an hour. I couldn't believe the difference in my Nissan! Before I came to them my front end was bumping, swaying all over they road and it felt like the whole front end was going to scatter all over the highway! When I left, it was just like driving a new car! I was beside my self with appreciation! It was unbelievable the difference! So there are NO worries here and I have found my new best friends at Mr. Front End! Go there! You'll never go anywhere else! Ron Hensley

She didn't tell them she had gotten an estimate from HTech just told them the problem she was having. They found the same problems as H Tech but quoted her $1200 - HALF THE PRICE! So of course she had Mr Front End do the repairs. They were extremely nice, kept her updated on their progress and actually finished it much faster than they had told her it would take. Her car is driving good as new! We were extremely pleased with the work and the customer service. We have taken vehicles here in the past and always been pleased. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
