I had pain and all my other symptoms for three days . The atmosphere is dive bar but it was pricey - everyone paid about 25.00 for a basic salad . They add a service fee here but then expect a regular 20% tip on top of that . There are better sports bars then here and they know nothing about food allergies . read more

This place was awesome, yakisoba was amazing! Very flavor-full. The Ruben was not dry at all and the side salad was adequately portioned. The menu easily has over 150+ options. The drinks were delicious...I had the Flight 138 and Absolut summertime and they were divine. Ivonne was our server and was very helpful and had a positive attitude! While looking around in downtown Chelan we stumbled upon Hanger 138. The male owner immediately went up to my table, all three young females, and asked us all our age before calling us beautiful after finding out we were freshly 18. He then kept coming up to the table and asking us how we didn't have boyfriends because we were all so cute. He grabbed my hands without asking to show me a "magic trick" with the pool chalk and then said if there was chalk on the bottom of my hands that I would have "the man of my dreams". The female owner was super friendly and amazing, but the food was super overpriced. Overall we left shocked about how our experience went and how uncomfortable it made us. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. My wife and I were visiting here last wknd and the gentlemen who was working was incredibly rude to this large group of ladies that we're celebrating their friends wedding. From what I witnessed the table of 9 asked for the checks to be split up, the waitress agreed. One woman at the table asked him if he would help and he bluntly said no, her table her problem. He had one other table in "his" area. We shared this same waitress with this table and so did the customers outside. This waitress was definitely running a majority of the restaurant, including running food and drinks. A shame he refused to help the staff there & a real shame he talked to women the way he did. He asked this group of ladies where their manners were and was very much talking down to them. I also heard him ask them multiple times if they had heard of Venmo. 18 checks he kept repeating. I only counted a table of 9. He was extremely aggressive, raising his voice, smirking & laughing over what these ladies were trying to say. Quite frankly if that had been my daughter at that table I would have had more to say in person. His behavior warranted this review and it's a real shame that this business owner allows this man to talk to their customers like this. My wife and I will never go back. Great place to eat! The owners are very friendly, the menu is enormous! So many choices, but I still didn't see the burger I wanted, so the owner was kind enough to meet my needs! For four burgers, 5 beers, a margarita (we didn't order second one as the first wasn't good) one order of onion rings. No itemized receipt was offered so we asked.. the beers are $8.00 ( for a small tin cup) and the margaritas was $12. Priced not listed anywhere in the menu on booze. Have to feel ripped off. Wait staff acknowledged us within 2 minutes of entering even though they were very busy and we were seated quickly. The waitress brought us our menus and drinks quickly and had some excellent suggestions. Good sized portions, very tasty, and food was plated cleanly and very attractively. All the food we saw going to other tables looked as wonderful as our meals were. Watching the line cooks work was wonderful, especially seeing the pride they took in their food. If I had 2 words to describe this restaurant, I would use "tourist trap." The food was unbelievably expensive for what it was, almost 19 dollars for a Swiss dip with bread that barely passes the bar for being edible, and 5 whole dollars for a very, painfully average lemonade. While we were seated an old man approached us, asked us if we were from Seattle (we are), and then proceeded to describe to us the "tall, steaming hot girl" playing pool in the lounge. This was his daughter. He also went on a small tirade about all the "soft liberal babes" in Seattle and how much better his "steaming hot" daughter was. Ew. We later learned that this man is the owner, and many unfortunate customers before us have unfortunately been targeted by his creepy advances before. When we first walked in we were offered to seat ourselves with no menu. Then the people behind us were offered menus as they walked in. Weird! Then we sat there waiting. A lady came by and dropped silverware and napkins on the table, all loose and not enough napkins for all the people. Finally, we got up and got our own menus from the front. Then a server finally came by, and asked if we had been helped. We had not and we were ready to order. Not too long after we saw our food placed out for pick up, and the chef dinged the bell. We looked at the food, saw server after server passing by it. Finally we asked one lady that seemed to be hustling, if we could get our food. She said they got in trouble if they touched food that wasn't for their tables and who was our server. We didn't see our server anywhere and they still wouldn't just pass us the food! Finally that lady grabbed a younger girl who picked up our food and put it on our table without a single word. She brusquely turned away and left. Not check up on the drinks, asking if we wanted anything else or any apology for letting our food, that was now cold, sit there. As we finished up, no one brought us a check, we just went to the front to leave, asked for the check, she asked if I was paying by credit card, I said "sure", thinking she had to get a reader, then she ran the card and gave me the receipt, and I saw a $1.50 charge for using the credit card. I looked for a sign, anywhere around the front ti say "service charge for credit card", as she didn't tell me either. At this point, I was so annoyed, i just signed it and left. She didn't say a word, no good bye. Seriously poor service. The extra star is there as the food was actually pretty good and decor was cool. There are pool tables in the back too. The food is good but the service is horrible. I've been in twice and the first time I was lucky enough to get something to eat after flagging down a server after being ignored for 20 whole minutes while we were one of two tables in the entire restaurant. The second time, yesterday, I went with two friends and we were given water then were ignored for 40 minutes. My husband I were recommended the restaurant next door, but I insisted this place sounded better. After a long, but amazing day on the lake without our 5 kids we decided to have dinner here. What an absolute mistake. We ended up not even eating our food. When the server came out and asked if we wanted anything else i asked for another drink (express seat was the name, tastes like pineapple. It was so good!). He said absolutely not with us driving. We said (and pointed) we were staying at the hotel a 3 min walk. He stated "I am not going to get into it". I was sober and honestly thought he was maybe joking? We didn't get our salad we ordered. The server, I believe his name was Jason, would walk away as you ordered or asked what food (of the 154 items) was popular or good. We got calamari for an appetizer, save your money. Then prime rib dip sandwich-didn't eat and left. Charged a convenience for paying by card, although paid by cash. Our bill was $97 for a shared plate of carnival food.
