This review is for the venue. This past weekend, I visited the Hanford Ranch Winery for the first time ever. I was there for a small business holiday shopping fair. I am cutting to the chase, the winery grounds and views are impressive. As I was driving to get here, the rural countryside did not seem particularly scenic with its flat valley landscape. But as I drove up into the winery grounds, I noticed the elevation. Who knew there are rolling hills in the area?!? I did not. Since the winery is on an elevated ground, it has spectacular panoramic views of the valley with the neighboring vineyards and grazing fields. If the views are this gorgeous currently in our mild winter, I can imagine how it would look in the Fall and Spring. The winery grounds include two large Spanish styled outdoor courtyards. Even though the parking lot is gravel packed, the grounds have paved walkways. There are two restroom buildings near each courtyard. The tasting room staff member and the grounds member that I spoke to were friendly and hospitable. They showed an enthusiasm for the winery. If you are looking for an outdoor space for large (crafts fair) or not so large (weddings, parties) events...check them out. read more

We had an excellent time at Hanford winery. It was a Yelp Elite event and we were lucky enough to be there during a time with vendors and Santa were there too! I loved the Barbera, my friends liked the cab and bought a bottle to take home. She bought another bottle too but I'm unsure which one. The grounds were great if your considering a wedding venue. I should have taken more pictures. I would definitely go back for more smooth wine and to chat more with Mr Hanford. He's a character. Lol. read more

This Yelp Elite event was held at this lovely local winery where sip and shop was the theme. After visiting a few vendors we ended up in the winery tasting and indulged in 4 wines and some great knowledge and funnies with the Hanford family. I'm not a Chardonnay gal but this was the first I've ever liked. Honestly I really enjoyed all 4 but yeah, the Chardonnay was the winner. Shortly after we continued to visit more vendors and grab a bite. I purchased a few items, as the vendors were amazing. Overall the setup and service was really nice. I just got married 10/22/22 & Handford ranch winery made my dream wedding come reality with this location! My experience with Melissa was amazing.. she was always there along the way to answer any questions I had and was very very helpful. The first time I went to see the location, I fell in love & had to book right away with them. I do not regret spending my money on this venue for my wedding! True hidden gem. Galt has a winery? Say whaaat? We would have never had a reason to venture or explore out here to find this hidden little haven of serenity and wine. Lucky for us, we were invited to watch as two friends tied the knot here. We had no idea where we were driving too, along the country roads. Then you make weird left into the winery property, instead of turning right with the road. Then you go down a very long road, which gives you a view of the property on the hill. Lovely. The view is lovely. Not amazing, as there are a few eye sores, but it is really pretty and secluded from anything. They added astro turf everywhere, so your heels don't sink into actual grass. There is plenty of room for seating for a wedding ceremony, plus room to wander around, and also picnic. The actual tasting room has large windows and doors that open to a small patio. The inside is decorated very cute and relaxed, but not trashy at all. The two wines I had were really good. I tried the Merlot and it was amazing, but the second bottle I had was gross. I think it was just one of the off bottles that happen with wine. The second varietal I tried was the Malbec, which was also really good. They had a few other reds available and a few whites, but I didn't try all of them. The staff, only two of them, were really nice when I interacted with them. They were kept busy with the post wedding ceremony drinkers. Overall, this is a great little hidden gem to get married at...or to just go have some wine and pack a picnic basket! Pro-Tip for a Wedding: Add bright balloons at the major turns, so folks can easily tell where they are going. It's like a secret getaway in Galt, yup...GALT! read more

No control, no ownership, no heart in the product, just a label of an old sudo cowboy smoking. Strange business. We went to this beautiful venue for a wedding reception. When I arrived, I immediately lost the back to my earring (very integral part of my Indian outfit). Nobody had a spare for me until I ran into a winery employee named Cindy. Cindy used her problem solving skills to find me a makeshift earring back... a pencil eraser! She brought me one and I popped that thing on the back of my earring. My day was saved! Apart from their amazing staff, the location provided the most beautiful sunset backdrop for the bride and groom's first dance. It was the perfect location for my friends' big Indian wedding reception! read more

I'm writing this review as a guest and a bridesmaid. I cannot speak on logistics, time frame, etc. I was in a wedding at the Hanford Ranch on June 3rd. The property was beautiful, and if you're on a budget this is a great spot for you to have your wedding. With the proper event planner, you can make this spot your own. The place is difficult to find, so be sure you have some sort of signage out for your guests. I like how the Ranch already has beautiful lights set up. When we got to Hanford Ranch, we both immediately knew it was the one. The venue speaks for itself, but on top of it, Melissa and Preston were amazing to us from the very beginning. My absolute favorite part of wedding planning was going to the venue, wine tasting, and planning out our big day with them. When our wedding day finally came, everything was absolutely perfect. I promised I would give an updated review once our wedding passed, so here it goes. My husband and I just got married on October 3rd, 2015. Not all was perfect (darn you mother nature), but it was still the best day ever. We planned our wedding in eight months. Thanks to Melissa and Preston who went above and beyond, it turned out to be more than we imagined. Melissa and Preston were so easy to work with. They were sweet, funny and very professional. All of our questions and concerns were answered promptly. Please don't let any bad reviews discourage you from considering this breathtakingly beautiful venue. Communication is key when doing business. We met with Melissa and Preston six weeks prior to our wedding to go over everything and make sure we were all on the same page. After that last meeting, Melissa and I kept in touch and discussed any pending items. We even chatted on the phone while I was in the car waiting to step out as the ceremony began. Throughout the celebration, if anything came up, Melissa would come speak to us to make sure we were aware of any mishaps. They shared their beautiful property with us and our loved ones, and for that I will forever be grateful. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My sister spent over 9k to have her wedding at this outdoor venue in THREE DAYS. Keep this in mind, 3 days. We have unfortunately found out that there will be a storm on the day of the wedding, WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT. HOWEVER, THEM NOT WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE US AS THEY AGREED THEY WOULD, IS. Finding out about the storm 3 days before the wedding had my sisters & I scrambling to find a tent, well - we later became aware that we need to have the fire department inspect the location, as well as get a permit from the county - to which they told our wedding coordinator to "hop off her high horse" and do it herself. WHERE IS THEIR PROFESSIONALISM?? AND HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET THAT DONE IN 3 DAYS?? Is bad weather something that HRW has never dealt with before? Do they NOT HAVE A PLAN in case problems like this arose? We're dealt to scramble this by ourselves with no type of help from Melissa or Preston. In addition to having to get a hold of a permit, Melissa and Preston now want to charge us an additional $1,200 to have the lights taken down in order to be able to put up the tent. We also are now not allowed to have any kind of lights inside of the tent - so I guess they're expecting the guests to bring their own flashlights. This has become the biggest nightmare. Melissa and Preston refuse to accommodate us or help in any way. Be mindful of this when booking an event here, if you don't know the weather a year in advance - you're running the risk of having to try to book a whole different venue, 3 days before your dream wedding. All because HRW does NOT have a plan in the event of bad weather, a storm, etc. And their lack of understanding and professionalism truly makes everything even worse. read more

I recently had the opportunity to work with Hanford Ranch Winery as a Lighting vendor. Hanford Ranch Winery is one of the most amazing wineries I have ever visited in the Sacramento area. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The views and sunsets are one of a kind. The venue is laid out on the top of a large hill which allows for great views and even more amazing photographs. The staff is extremely professional and Melissa is great to work with. This place is packed full of amenities including market lighting strung throughout the venue, fire pit, bathrooms and bridal suits. I would highly recommend taking the short drive and checking this place out for yourself. You definitely will not be disappointed!!!! read more

Beautiful Views - Great People My husband and I recently visited Hanford Ranch Winery. We are exploring and experiencing wineries in the area. This is an awesome place with good wine. The owners Preston and Melissa are a wonderful couple with great personalities, extremely kind and down to earth. There is seating right outside the tasting room where you can enjoy the beautiful tranquil scenery. Pack a picnic lunch because you will not want to leave. The view is amazing and the landscaping is awesome. The attention to the most subtle details truly create a dreamy and romantic venue. We tried 6 wines and they were all good. My favorite was the Miss Melissa, Teroldego, and both Cabs as I am a red drinker. However I got a mix of their White mixed with the Rose' and loved it. It shows class and professionalism.*** I came here for a shopping/vendor event and thought the concept of being able to shop at a winery is so cool! The grounds are really pretty, I like the area where the shopping was set up outside and the area where they would have a wedding. The inside of the tasting room is pretty nice too with the piano and the windows that allow you to look at the sunset. My friend and I came in from shopping to have a glass of wine. We didn't want to do a tasting because we wanted white wine. We asked to try the two whites and decide which one we'd like to order since we'd never had their wine before. First off, their glasses are the smallest wine glasses I've ever seen aside from dessert wine glasses. Don't get me wrong, they were BEAUTIFUL glasses, just VERY small. The size that table wine comes in when you go to a cheap restaurant. We had our tiny samples and decide on our wine which was poured into these tiny glasses. While I was paying a fruit fly landed in my wine and the lady working picked up a paper napkin, scooped the fly and some wine out of my glass and handed it back to me. $9 for a tiny glass of wine and they didn't feel the need to re-pour after an insect landed in it INSIDE the tasting room before I even had one sip. She didn't even top it off to replace the wine that was soaked into the napkin and thrown out with the fly. My friend and I decided to sit down inside the tasting room to drink the wine and have the snacks that were provided with the vendor event. While we were sitting there, the older man that works there started spraying Raid around the bar area which I don't think is a great idea when people are eating and there was food sitting out on a table nearby. Post wedding review: Well, I don't even know where to start. My wedding was on 8/31/19. First off, just want to let everyone know that Melissa was truly great during the whole process. Any calls, texts or emails were answered ASAP! Any doubts that the bride or myself had were always cleared up in a timely manner. At around 6pm when the sun started going down, I could not believe how incredible the venue looked. I was honestly speechless. Beautiful bride, beautiful location, I mean what more could I have asked for? The day was a little hot but the umbrellas that we rented definitely helped, once it started to get dark like I said previously, I mean it just looked like something out of a movie. All the months of stressing was worth it. We had around 250-300 guests and all we heard was that the venue and just that everything was great. If I had to do it all over again, i would do it the same way. I would get married there all over again. Whether it is a party, venue or event going with Hanford will not disappoint. Just because it feels and shows that melissa truly cares. Days before the wedding she would reach out to us to see how we were feeling. The day of she was at the party, serving wine and asking us every few hours and if we needed anything. I don't know if this is a review at this point and or if I'm just venting about how happy or great the venue was lol I wish i could have given this a 6 star review lol Melissa, when you see this Ana and myself want to thank you for the bottom of our hearts for EVERYTHING!!!! Grounds 4 stars Wine 4 stars Customer service (Preston Hanford) 0 stars Average: 2.5 stars Let me start off by saying that I work in sales and service. Therefore, I know how it feels to have to answer to someone's beck and call, to be talked to like I'm someone's servant, and to have angry people complaining at me while maintaining a professional demeanor and pushing the bottom line. However, in the service industry you fake it until you make it. If there's a glitch with a device or system, you don't get flustered. You save face and continue to take care of the customer. If your staff up and quits, forcing you to step in and lend a helping hand, you don't curse at the customer and you most certainly don't put out a tip jar *yikes, how cringey*. Staffing is your problem and your responsibility. Preston Hanford is an excellent example of poor customer service. If you're booking at this venue, please make sure to only deal with Melissa or hire a great wedding coordinator with an exorbitant amount of patience and experience with grumpy ass winery owners. I regret to say that if Preston were not on the grounds the night of our wedding, my review would've been 4/4.5 stars. That being said, Melissa was very communicative with me throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate all her help and patience. The grounds are wide open, have a ton of luscious greens, and they offer plenty of spots for great photos. The bridal suite was most definitely my favorite feature. The suite has plenty of room, huge mirrors, and a ton of seating. I would be amiss if I didn't mention how costly this venue is. If you have 200 guests, please be prepared to spend about $100 per person even with an affordable caterer (we spent $18 PP) and inexpensive DJ. There are a lot of fees so please make sure to discuss this thoroughly when booking and save all emails containing contracts. I hope this helps! read more

I wish I was more prompt in my review writing! We had our wedding here on 9/19/15 and from start to finish, everything was perfect! The venue was updated over the year we were booked there and so I feel like we got a great deal on this new venue. Our wedding had 125 people and was easily accommodated. They had no real stipulations on who we could bring in as vendors except they had to be licensed and insured of course! Only complaint is they didn't allow a day-of wedding planner in and said that they cover it all-which they don't. As a type A, controlling and very caring made of honor to my best friend and my sister, I wanted to make sure she got the best wedding venue possible because incredible people should get incredible venues, right? My sister lives across the country but was getting married in CA so my mom and I did most of the planning. Choosing Hanford Ranch WInery was by far one of the BEST decisions we made with wedding planning. Melissa & Preston are not only professional and super easy to work with because of their immaculate communication skills, they also quickly treat you like family rather than just another client. The detail and attention Melissa & Preston gave to my whole entire family was honestly a little surprising; we weren't just another wedding and paycheck to them. Now in regards to the actual venue itself, words cannot do it justice! It is beyond the most elegant adjective you can think of. Everything about this venue is absolutely perfect. A gorgeous setting with a perfect view of the sunset daily with a glass of fine wine in one hand and the person you love at the other doesn't get any better but here. "As a mother, every part of you wants to give your children, especially your first born, everything they deserve. With my oldest daughter I knew that would be tough becuase she has done so much for me and even helped raise her siblings while I was at work. When I went to look over the venue I was told by Melissa that no staples, tacks or nails could be used on the arches, which I certainly understood. It concerned me because it was 11 AM and she had a huge glass of red wine in her hand. I listened to her berate and speak rudely to a young man who was hard at work doing her gardening. She turned to me and said he was new and needed training. Wow. My husband finally convinced Melissa to let us use the reefer to store our beer. After we stored most of it, she told my husband that her employee would take care of the rest. The following day our decorating crew went to the venue to set up. The beer and water were still on the bar. The sprinklers had come on, and when I went to pick up a case it fell apart and the bottles broke. I cleaned it up, and Melissa said it must have been a miscommunication. Also, the bar tables were FILTHY. The large arch on the reception side had THOUSANDS of tacks, nails, screws and staples in it! One of our girls even cut her finger on a staple (most of them were sticking up and were very sharp). When I told Melissa about the tacks, she denied ever saying we couldn't use tacks in THAT arch. REALLY? We had to rent wine glasses, and when they were delivered, Preston's truck was blocking the way. When asked to move his truck, Preston's answer was,"It's not MY problem!" Just prior to the wedding Melissa told me an announcement would be made that guests had to carry their own chairs to the reception area, because all three of her employees were 'no shows'. I asked her how my friend, who is in a wheelchair, was supposed to carry his! Also, what about our 95 and 92 year old grandmas? How about our 70 and 80 year old aunties and uncles? We are talking about 150 yards, mostly uphill! For this we paid $10,500?!? Just prior to the wedding, I noticed an umbrella had fallen over at the bar and smashed several of our wine glasses. As I was cleaning up, I noticed a TIP JAR! Melissa and Preston wanted tips in addition to our $500 cases of wine (Which personally, having grown up in St Helena, I can say their wine was on a par with Vella in the box), and they wanted tips for the beer WE purchased and iced and was in self-service tubs (by the way, they have no place to store ice - I had to pay a young man to deliver). I removed the tip jar to under the bar. When the reception began, the tip jar was back out. I politely told Preston I didn't think that was right. He and Melissa were drinking our wine, by the way! He said,"That's our prerogative." I told him that was extremely tacky. He was under the influence by then, as evidenced by his speech and his breath. At 9:15, my friend, who has known Preston for 40 years (just acquaintances through her late husband's business) was horrified to tell me that Preston told her to tell the guests to start cleaning up. The party was in full swing! Our contract said that Hanford Ranch staff do the clean up. Oh, but ooops! Their staff quit! I went over to Preston and told him that the guests, by contract, were not required to clean up. His response? "F*** YOU! I wish you had chosen a different venue!" I told him I wish I had, too, and I turned and walked away. A short while later two young men (who told me they had just been hired) started clearing the tables, throwing out people's food and drinks, including the guest favors and the picture frames my new daughter-in-law had rented. Our bride was like, "What are they doing?" My friends and I rescued as much as we could. It broke up the party, guests left early. Preston is a greedy donkey. read more

First off, I am not one to write a review about a few mishaps, especially about a new establishment,but on second thought, it would be a bit unfair not to share my experience working with Melissa and Preston. Initially we chose this venue because of the beautiful, plush landscape and spectacular panoramic views of the vineyards. We initially had the impression that the owners would be wonderful to work with. Our other main deciding factor for choosing Hanford Ranch was that we were going to be able to buy our own beer and beverages. The initial price was the other. Issues started two months before the wedding until our wedding day. -Changed beverage deal on us even though it was stated in the contract that we can bring our own alcoholic beverage. Owners asked us to help them out so they don't lose their liquor license but then tried to charge us a high price for 250 bottles of beer. We haggled and got the price down but later Melissa slapped on an 18% service charge without letting us know until the wedding day. This was not part of the deal we discussed. -Told us that we should email them a list of responsibilities that their staff will do but then forgot what they promised and denied ever saying this. Two hours before the wedding, Melissa calls me and tells me that her daughter will be able to help me during the wedding. I never saw her. During the wedding, apart from driving the golf carts, staff never offered to help. -Two months before the wedding, offered us their living room for the bridal quarters and the bus as the groom quarters but then forgot what they said.On the wedding day, Melissa tells me that the bus was ready for me to use. But when we got there, the a/c was not on and the outlets did not work. We then went to the living room as initially promised. Melissa acted really mad and annoyed that my bridesmaids and I were getting ready in her living room. She let her two dogs roam, growling and barking waking my baby up. I asked her to put the dogs back in another room so my baby can sleep before the wedding but Melissa refused. Additionally told us at 5.30pm (our wedding started at 6pm) that we had to move all our belongings to the bus because Preston had to sleep. I was so mad and frustrated by then. My bridesmaids had to scramble and help get all our things moved to the bus before the wedding started. - During the wedding, owner hired an outside photographer to take pictures of the wedding for their own use without our permission. -Refused to serve beverages at the lawn even though their venue is outside. -Did not follow the contract regarding setup, breakdown and cleanup. Melissa did not have a breakdown crew or a clean up crew. She just hovered over us, telling us what to do. It was my mistake as well not to have the contract with me on my wedding day. Both my husband and I were so confused and frustrated on our wedding day. We just had to take a deep breath, forget about the frustrations and enjoy our beautiful wedding. If I had to work with them again, I would put everything they say in writing and have the contract in my hand. -A week later after the wedding, Melissa calls me telling me her linens are lost and her pearls are lost. She wants me be to be responsible for her lack of professionalism and accountability. In the end, just for the venue itself, we ended up paying just about 3X what the initial price was; so if you're just going to choose this place, be ready for this! This was after some haggling had to be done. As the wedding day drew closer, we felt that the owners were trying to get as much money out of us as possible; all trust that had been initially built was all to no avail come the day of the wedding. No doubt the venue is beautiful and was very much improved by the owners for our wedding, but it's only fair that we document what we went through for potential customers, as per the above. read more

The old ball and chain and I just booked our date for next year at Hanford! We walked up and fell in love with the layout, scenery, and location. Just 10 min from Elk Grove this place is perfect for us. Has plenty of parking for guests and an awesome wine tasting room. Melissa has been very helpful (even poured us some pretty full glasses of wine). Check them out if you are looking to stay in the area but want to get away from the city lights. read more

My husband and I got married recently at Hanford on October 13, 2018. This was the first venue we looked at and we both fell in love! Right then and there we just knew that we wanted our wedding there. This place sits on a hill and it's gorgeous! The view is to die for and what made it more special was meeting Melissa and Preston. They made sure we were comfortable with them, and with the whole process. They treated us like we were important and they eventually became our friends. It speaks volumes knowing that they genuinely care about us as individuals and not just as clients. I know my husband and I definitely appreciated the hospitality they would give to us each and every time we came to visit. Whether it was something having to do with the venue, or just them wanting to hang out. We would chat, laugh, while sipping on some fine wine. I'm so blessed and thankful that everything worked out the way it did. And their wine is pretty amazing too! Come check it out. Even if it's just to do a little wine tasting. My fiancé and I booked this venue July of 2017, our wedding is coming up in October. We were both extremely impressed as soon as we drove in. We were just stopping by to get a quote and had absolutely no plans to book a venue anytime soon. Melissa and Preston immediately made themselves available for any questions and a detailed tour. We knew we had to book it that day! The geographical locations is perfect. Close enough to affordable accommodations and a few Air BnB's. It feels like you're on top of a little hill in the middle of nowhere, your secret spot! The style and layout is wedding-ready. The venue has so much natural beauty, you won't need excessive decorating here. On one side you can see vineyards and on the other pasture. The service is right up there with the looks. Melissa has been a joy to work with. She is literally on top of everything. We're never afraid to reach out with questions. Melissa and Preston have made our overall experience a wonderful one. They are also super flexible with vendors. It's so hard to find a venue this beautiful where you are able to pick your own vendors so this was a huge plus for us. The wine is exquisite. Lots of varietals and great quality. I can go on and on.... You guys get the point. read more

First off, I want to apologize to Preston and Melissa for my EXTREMELY overdue review on their amazing venue. My husband Chad and I were married at Hanford Ranch in October 2016, and it was the most perfect day. Despite the fact that we randomly got the storm of the century (40+ MHP winds and it poured) during the drought (who would have thought? Seriously? it's Galt!) Preston and Melissa were incredibly accommodating, and did everything in their power to make sure it was the most perfect day for us. Their space is beyond gorgeous, they treated us like family, and the wine is FANTASTIC! I will never forget that night dancing in the rain on a full moon, and splashing around in the puddles. I received some incredible photos from that day, and I would not have changed a thing. You HAVE to go see the venue and meet Preston and Melissa. When our daughter Veronica and her now husband Jaime decided to tied the knot, my husband and I were overjoyed of the news. Veronica and Jaime wanted to married at a winery. Having lived in Santa Rosa for over a decade and being very familiar with Sonoma and Napa Counties wineries, we knew it was going to be a challenge to find the right venue they both wanted, an intimate wedding. Because the popularity of Sonoma and Napa Counties wineries, their venues are very expensive, they hold two, three and sometimes four weddings on the same day, giving you just a few hours to hold your event and in most cases you had to use their catering services. So this was not going to be the intimate wedding venue Veronica and Jaime wanted. Not to mention the distance our guests would have to travel and the high costs of hotels in those counties. So, we decided to expand our search to Sacramento County, close to home. To our unbelievable surprise, we found the perfect venue by accident, right in our own back yard, Hanford Ranch Winery. After scheduling a viewing, within minutes of arriving, Hanford Ranch Winery was the perfect venue for Veronica and Jaime. It felt like wandering through a secret paradise of peace and quiet, tranquility, and sense of being with Nature. The gardens speak for themselves as a stunning back drop, and unlike so many other wedding venues, you don't feel like you're on a conveyor belt with the next wedding lined up after you. We really had a sense of exclusivity as if the place was our very own. It was the perfect intimate place Veronica and Jaime were looking for their 200+ close family members and friends to witness their special day. Hanford Ranch Winery became our "Heaven on a Hill". Being able to hold both the ceremony and the reception on-site and have our own caterer was also a huge positive for them. The icing on the cake, was the personal care and attention we received from Melissa and Preston, their advice on things like table set-ups, drinks options, offering advice on things that we had not even thought about. Melissa was fantastic with respect to recommending local suppliers and responding to our queries in super quick time. We have had so many wonderful comments from family and friends who said that they had never been to a wedding venue like Hanford Ranch Winery before. Everyone has commented on how beautiful the venue is.  We were so pleased to hear how much Veronica and Jaime guests enjoyed the endless supply and selection of Hanford Ranch Wines, not to mention the rich flavor and incredible selection. So much that we have become club members of Hanford Ranch Winery. Melissa and Preston, where do we begin, with our gratitude and thanks to you and your team? We found the venue by accident, the best kept secret in California, and all it took was one visit and we had fallen in love with Hanford Ranch Winery, and knew the search was over.. Well, me and my wife went to Galt , and I put Hanford winery in the GPS of my phone, as we were looking for the downtown Galt area a little lost , we drove up to the Hanford winery hoping to taste some wine and ask for directions which I didn't do , but as we parked we noticed how beautiful the area is, and proceeded to park and walk up to the window of the tasting room, and found out it was closed, disappointed we spotted a house across the way, and said ok let's ask for directions , we didn't even approach the door and out walked a man who happened to be the owner,he introduced himself hi I'm Preston , and as he was talking on the phone he asked if we would like a wine tasting ? And we said oh that's ok we know your closed and we don't want to impose, and he said no that's ok come sit down at this table at his house, while I finish the phone call, when he finished we all talked, for a while and he said let's go taste some wine , I couldn't believe his hospitality he opened up just so we can have a wine tasting just incredible , and then we went outside and sat down and talked like we were all old friends , but that wasn't all we went back in side the tasting room started talking again , we met his wife who also is very nice and accommodating , I told him that I'm a singer and he said oh well then let's try the piano and he started playing and we sang together, it was amazing what a great time, if there were more Preston's in this world who extend a little human kindness, the world would be a lot nicer and people might help each other out more, I really recommend this wonderful place!!!! 5 stars if could give more, I would also recommend it for weddings, and special events, a wonderful video shows what they do on his website. read more
