I called Dror, he asked me to send a photo; we later got on FaceTime and he guided me through the steps to replace it with the new one I had on hand. After I inevitably ran into problems -- mostly due to my house apparently not being built to code -- Dror came over and saved the day. As he was heading out, I let Dror know that I would gladly call him again for my many household projects that need a real professional.

We reached out yesterday during business hours (after 8am) and left a message regarding a door…read moreissue we are having. We never received a callback. We called again this morning (10:50am) and a man answered the phone. We proceed to tell him the door issue. He wanted us to text him the issue we are having. After letting him know we don't text, he said he was driving and would call back in about ten minutes. The man has not yet called and it's now 5:07pm as I write this review. Now before commenting why can't you text? Here's why- my grandmother has tremors and she obviously doesn't have text or a smart phone. I get home from work today to hear this update from her and it's upsetting. How do you run a business and expect your customers to do the footwork for you by texting the problem they are having. You should be ready to do that as part of the customer service end, and most definitely call people back when you promise. I had really hoped this would work out as we have a list of things that we want done and wanted to start with the door as this is a priority issue. They lost a lot of business and probably a loyal customer. What bothers me most- their handling of our senior population. I feel awful for people like my grandmother that have to navigate the hurdles of today's world and it's paramount that community assist them, and most importantly that businesses are prioritizing our vulnerable population. Shame on this company!

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the handling of ongoing maintenance issues…read moreat my home, specifically the lack of follow\-through, communication, and urgency surrounding potentially dangerous electrical problems\. Approximately two weeks ago, I was informed by my maintenance manager that Omar Ortiz would contact me to schedule an appointment to inspect my ice maker and electrical issues\. Omar subsequently messaged me and confirmed that he would come out between 12:00 and 1:00 p\.m\. on Monday\. However, Monday came and went without Omar showing up or providing any notice that he would not be coming\. Since that missed appointment, my electrical issues have escalated significantly\. I have experienced flickering lights, sparks coming from two electrical outlets, and my AC unit repeatedly tripping\. Due to the seriousness of these concerns, I contacted SRP's emergency line\. An SRP technician arrived at approximately 1:30 a\.m\. and assessed the situation\. Although everything within SRP's scope was found to be normal, I was advised that an electrician needed to inspect the home\. I want to acknowledge and express my appreciation for my maintenance manager, who communicated with me throughout the night and informed me that a high\-priority work order had been submitted to Prickly Pear\. I appreciated his responsiveness and concern, particularly given the potential safety risks to my family\. Despite this escalation, Omar did not contact me until after 10:00 a\.m\. on Thursday to attempt to schedule an appointment for the following Monday\. During our conversation, he stated that he had not been aware of the situation\. This was concerning, considering the previously scheduled appointment that he missed and the ongoing electrical issues that had now escalated to an emergency\-level concern\. I made it clear that waiting until Monday was unacceptable given the circumstances\. I also explained that this was not the first time he had failed to show up as scheduled without providing notice\. I had intentionally remained available, sacrificing sleep and missing work that morning, because I needed to ensure that someone could access the home and assess the electrical hazards\. As a parent, my priority is the safety of my children, and I cannot afford to take chances with a situation involving potential electrical fires or other serious hazards\. Following our conversation, Omar stated that he would come out between 2:00 and 2:30 p\.m\. that Thursday\. While I appreciate the efforts of my maintenance manager, the overall experience has left me deeply concerned about Prickly Pear's reliability and its ability to respond appropriately to urgent maintenance issues\. Electrical sparks, flickering lights, and repeated AC unit trips are not routine maintenance inconveniences; they are concerns that require timely attention, clear communication, and dependable follow\-through\. At this point, I have lost confidence in Prickly Pear's handling of the maintenance needs at my home\. I do not feel comfortable relying on a company that has demonstrated this level of inconsistency when the safety of my family and home is at stake\. Ernesto is the owner but has Omar who works for him as well.
