I requested a quote through Yelp, to which they responded in about 15 minutes. They asked a few questions and came back with a price that was consistent with what I had paid previously. The other two vendors that provided me a quote were higher. Once I accepted their quote, we scheduled the powerwash. They were free the next business day. While on-site they were orderly. They did not damage any plants located near the house. The cleaned up after themselves and were finished in under 3 hours. I paid them using Paypal before they left. I will use them again next year, as my siding turns green every year. Today my house looks amazing.

The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

I would not recommend Shine Select Power Washing & Roof Cleaning…read more After the service, multiple areas of my lawn were severely damaged and appear to have died from either bleach runoff or an equipment issue. Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. I also found bleach stains across my driveway after the job was completed. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around. Overall, I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with property damage, cleanup work, and additional costs. The results simply did not justify the hassle or expense.
