Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! I shared some pictures, he quoted me a very reasonable price, and he sent his tech over in an hour. James was warm and funny, fixed the wall lickety-split ( he apologized for how long it took, but I thought it was dang fast!!) Wall looks like it was never damaged.We have a very stressed out cat, and James was thoughtful enough to get our attention before he used a compressor that makes more noise than the rest of the process so we could move kitty farther away. There have been giant holes in our hearts ever since he died. This is one of the reasons we always participate in "Dining Out For Life." The Angels took such good care of him before he passed, oh so many years ago. A simple check on him and the dropping off of food made me feel better when I couldn't be there. He would get a kick out of the idea that the ball-n-chain and I were out eating and drinking beer and toasting his name. "Drink to me" were Pablo Picasso's last words. Thomas was an artist and would have been down with that. There are always people at the event who have envelopes so you can drop off an extra bit of money for the cause. I highly encourage it. If I win the lotto, this is where my money is going.
