The dingy, dark brown tiles are now their original three shades of light grey and look brand new! I also had him do my multi-colored flagstone patio, and he was able to power off the thick, black layer of residue from several bird seed feeders. It was almost a miracle. Rob was super responsive to email and calls and promptly scheduled me for one week later. I comparison-shopped and his was the best combination of high ratings and reasonable price. I still can't believe what a huge improvement a professional power-washing makes! I feel it also increased our house's market value and buyers' confidence in the roof's solid condition. He got back to me very quickly but, at the time, the service wasn't any emergency or anything and I actually forgot about it. Since we rent, and fireplaces in LA are not super essential and usually more of a nice treat from time to time, it just slipped my mind. Flash forward to the year that we all are in a hurry to forget and I was browsing Yelp again thinking it would be nice to finally get the fireplace checked out. I came across his message and thought, why not? Let's just do it. Ron got back to me just as fast as the first time and was very easy to communicate with via Yelp. He arrived on time a week or so later, was super friendly, professional, and answered questions without any hesitation. After his inspection we now know it's safe to use our fireplace (the house was built in 1927 so we wanted to be sure it was all good!)
