The price i paid did not account for me finishing the work. He does average quality of work in my opinion, decent pricing, but you should be prepared with a backup plan for when he fails to show up and finish the job.

I had been meaning to do a bunch of repairs on my house (which is just about 13 years old and remediated 6 years ago) and was trying to reach out to different people to do different jobs with varying levels of success. The result was a backlog of things to do and coordinate with different parties. I originally reached out to David for some help with repairing a shower door that had fallen off. He replied quickly and showed up to do his estimate as scheduled. While he was over, he looked at a bunch of the other things that I needed to have done and offered to do them as well. He repaired everything in one day only a few days later. I have to applaud David for his courage to start his own business. But this makes sense for him. He knows he is good at what he does and he is organized. He is highly professional in his correspondence. He will outline precisely what he intends to do. He is timely. He is versatile in the tasks that he can perform. He possesses initiative. And he will follow-up with thorough documentation of what was done and needs to be done. Payment is also easy and he accepts a number of modalities. I have attached some of the pictures he took for the various jobs including: 1. Window blind replacement 2. Water valve and supply line replacement (more details below) 3. Ceiling fan remote control failure diagnosis 4. Watersealing of door threshold (more details below) 5. Tub spout repair 6. Shower door repair and adjustment (I contacted a bunch of people who would not offer to do this) 7. Sliding door repair (which another contractor said they would fix but never did) I want to comment in particular on his ability to diagnose problems. For the longest time, my kitchen faucet had slow flow. Just the kitchen faucet. Over the years, I contacted perhaps 3-4 different plumbing companies. They recommended ridiculous things like increasing the water pressure to the house (which didn't make a lot of sense given that the other faucets were fine and was impossible because the pressure was already maximized) and even replacing the faucet altogether (which would cost $220 for the same model and not resolve the underlying problem). David diagnosed the problem as excess calcium build-up in the valves and he was right! He knew the answer when all the professional "tradesmen" did not. I also have what some people would call a "lemon" for a house. The contractors that built it did bad job. It was remediated but even after this remediation, I had problems. One of them was the balcony door which would leak water when it rained. I contacted the builder and they said that my second warranty had expired and they recommended how to repair it. Suffice to say that they were completely wrong and David uncovered some pretty shoddy workmanship and commented on the unorthodox remediation which would lead to the problem. I should have had David remediate my house. Overall, I am exceedingly happy to have stumbled upon this gentleman and would be pleased to refer him to others. He is basically the "doctor" you want for your house. I hope he stays in business a long time.

I called three different roofing companies and Alex came out the same day. I never even got a call back from other two places. Ever since that first visit Alex has been a fantastic communicator. His crew came out and replaced the roof and vents in one day. His other crew came to replace all the gutters and downspouts. They even hung a new gutter/spout by the front door entrance and told me it would be no charge. Alex also personally replaced our hail-damaged screens. Now for the icing on the cake. Because we chose impact resistant shingles we are eligible for a significant reduction in our homeowners insurance. Alex took care of all the paperwork and communicated directly with our insurance company to make that happen. THAT is customer service and blew me away when he told me he would do that. The work and service Alex and his crews provided was top notch and we are very happy we chose Alex Roofing and Remodeling.

We got so lucky to have connected with Realty Reimagined, and to be more specific with our realtor…read moreJoshua Cronshey. We are first time homebuyers and truly were clueless about the entire home buying process. We've been renting in Austin for a while now and have quickly grown tired of rising rent prices. Seriously, we weren't "ready" to buy a house but we got tired of the unknown when it came to rent and tenants rights. We reached out to Josh and he met up with us for a casual meeting at a local coffee shop. I was expecting to feel pressured but he was so easy to talk to And really made us feel comfortable taking the next steps. We had a few other interviews for realtors lined up because we thought we needed to but ended up canceling with them after our meeting with Josh. We set up our next meeting to be the day we went and looked at houses/neighborhoods and to meet several builders. Josh was AMAZING that day- he helped ask all the right questions, gave them his business card to prevent us from getting a million calls and e-mails from builders, and spent a good portion of the day taking us to all of the neighborhoods on our list and in our budget. We found our dream home that same day, in our budget, in the area we wanted and he got us in a new build with every thing we wanted! (Y'all I'm not exaggerating- this wouldn't have been possible without his help!) We have signed all the papers and are getting to watch our home be built from the ground up. Josh keeps us updated and occasionally drives by there and sends us photos of the progress. Today we met up and walked over to the property and got to see it all in person together. He's always available through text/email whenever we have a question (which is often!) We recommend him and Realty Reimagined a million times over to anyone in the Austin area. The home buying process felt so daunting and scary because of all of the unknowns but Josh has been incredible in guiding us through it all. And we can't wait to move into our home when it's ready for us.
