The hard drive was failing and an IT tech recommended having it "imaged," which would result in an exact duplicate that would not require any software reauthentication. He also recommended Tech Care as the folks to do it. They initially tried doing an automatic imaging, which didn't take, so they attempted to manually image it and were successful. The computer now has a more reliable SSD drive (no moving parts) and it indeed works exactly as it used to (only faster). Eddie informed me that the old drive had maybe one month left before it completely failed. LIFE SAVERS!!! Eddie, Abed, Josh and everyone else I spoke to are top-notch guys, and the price to repair was eminently reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Word would load but that was pretty much all it would do. And then he just died;((( I need to say that I'm a student, and it's very important for me to have my computer. So I rushed to fix it. I chose Complete Computer Cure because they where close by to where I live, and the staff was very nice and seemed on top of everything. At that time I did not see the reviews on Yelp. They took it in, and in a while figured out what was wrong. Suggested options. I had Ram upgraded to 16 GB also a new hard drive and a new battery. That all costed about $500- so not cheap. Also from the minuses it did take them longer than they said it would. But who of us is always on time? I took my computer home and OMG. It's flying!!! The load time is 30 sec. Everything is working great. I'm so happy with the performance! Then I saw some very bad reviews from 2014 on Yelp, so wanted to say- whatever was the situation then, it's not like that anymore. They are supper professional. Super nice to customers. I had a great conversation with one of the employees about gaming and he recommended best computers for that purpose and what is the best time of year to buy it. I'm not from here so this information is super helpful! Five stars!

As big as I am about reviews I often feel tech guys are still gonna be less personable and all about the money. Well I was glad to have met "Eman" who made me feel reassured and comfortable with leaving my computer with him and not coming back with more costs then expected. He is honest and very respectful. makes sure he tries his best just to make customers happy. He had 3 differnt techs work on it. Bought a part that cost almost as must as he quoted me and still didn't add more on top. I gave him a tip just for being kind and I hope others too too and get to leave with the same rejoice I did. I cried when he gave me the news on my computer, not just cause he resolved my problem but because there aren't as many kind people like that in that industry let alone in the world. Bless his heart and his team. I'm coming back to get my desk top serviced too when I get enough money. I trust him and that's important to me!
