At least as important as the work, though, is how easy and pleasant Wenes is to work with. He's responsive, reliable, and prompt, and has gone above and beyond to fit small projects into his schedule for me - including when I unexpectedly needed some work done with a really quick turnaround because I was coming home from the hospital with my newborn! Wenes was first recommended to me by a neighbor, and I'm so glad he was. Overall, I couldn't recommend Elite Company more strongly!

It's refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and delivers exactly what they promise. If you need glass or window repair, don't hesitate to call Tim. There were some things that hadn't been addressed in a while, including the extremely old (i.e. very drafty!) door from the house to the mudroom/enclosed porch. We got a quote from a national brand and then decided to shop around. I'm so glad we did! Chris was able to provide a quote on the mudroom door AND outside door that was less than the national company for just one door, and suggested some modifications that have made a huge difference! When it comes to the work, it was absolutely professional from start to finish. Chris was great about scheduling and we were never blindsided by unexpected costs - he was upfront the whole time and honest. The actual work itself was A+ quality. He clearly cares about his craftsmanship and it shows in the work. The doors look great and I can already tell a difference (my heating bills will too in the winter!). He and his assistant were also great about clean-up. I would recommend (and have!) Chris to everyone I know. And I definitely plan to have him back for other projects.

It was a small project and we had had a difficult time finding someone to take it on. We were incredibly lucky to find Christopher at just the right time. We reached out to him on a Wednesday afternoon and the timing worked out that he came by the very next day, gave us a very reasonable quote, and was able to start the work on Friday, and complete it on Saturday. His communication was excellent, and he was very straightforward about the whole process. He let us know exactly what he was going to do and checked in throughout the work to be sure it was what we wanted. He's a trustworthy guy, as well as just a very nice person to work with. We couldn't be happier about the work - he did a fast, thorough, and phenomenal job, and was kind enough to offer us advice and pointers on the painting (still upcoming!) that would need to be done after the construction. I strongly recommend Christopher - you won't be disappointed.

We showed Andrew and his team areas that we were not satisfied with and he assured me they would all be taken care of- he then proceeded to come back one quick time where he just poured acid on some of the stone and said it can't be fixed (he ignored all other fixes that needed to be done). He assured me that he would bring a team back to do cleanup (I was concerned at the paint chips all over our front and back porch- especially due to children living at the home)- he said he would call, never did, snd then stopped answering when we called to check in. At one point when I expressed my frustration, he said "you got this job done for $4000, what did you expect?" That price tag was high to me and seriously they did more damage than fixes. Fair warning not to go near this company- we wish we never did.
