Her arms were felt scratchy against my skin, and she kept using her elbows, which hurt. Even after I told her it was uncomfortable, she didn't adjust. Swedish massages are supposed to be soft and relaxing, but this was anything but. She finished early, leaving the room at 11:21, so I didn't even get the full 30 mins I paid for. I got dressed and when she never returned so I went to the front desk at 11:27, only to see her kneeling on the floor casually chatting with the receptionist. I've always booked online and had decent experiences here, but this walk-in appointment was a complete disappointment.
