I started at Lifemark on tecumseh/manning with Adrian Huang who is by far the most thorough physiotherapist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My first appointment with Adrian he said "Okay, I know what's going on here, and I can help you fix it." Of course, given my history with physiotherapists my eyes rolled as far back into the back of my head as they could. I said to myself I just have bad hips, I've always had bad hips, this can't be fixed. Fast forward, I can honestly say, I have never felt better in my entire life. Adrian and the team at Lifemark really helped me, cured me, and continue to provide above average care for me and I'm sure many others. I feel lucky to have found a clinic who truly have a passion for helping people.

Although the services were really good, the website and customer service weren't. It was very difficult to figure out what I wanted because there were no descriptions of anything on the website. When we called to book something I described the type of skin I have and they just booked us in for services without knowing the price. Personally I would have preferred looking at my options and prices and then deciding what I wanted, but that was difficult to do on the phone. Don't get me wrong, the staff is definitely nice, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Usually when I go to the spa I can get an RMT receipt, but was not advised until afterwards that I had to ask for an RMT in advance. More importantly, they overcharged my mom and we had to drive back to get her money back b/c she had to correct them b/c she booked a package that was advertised online but they charged her individually. It would have been helpful if there was a confirmation email or something when we book so we can check if everything is correct.
