I have to say that I am beyond blown away by his progress by the care of the office staff and therapists as well as the owner. How seen, heard, and loved my son knows that he is every day that he is there. Our speech therapist, Reem, has been working with my son for one month now- (8 sessions), he went from having as few as 3 words (up down and cat) at our initial evaluation to becoming like a river that has burst through a dam. As of today he can identify shapes, colors, numbers, animals, and people. He only likes to say his dad's name and hasn't mastered speaking and communication quite yet but the progress we are observing is incredible. It brings me to tears every single time I hear my boy's voice come up with something new. The office is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, accommodating, kind, and loving. Delays or not, his brother will be joining this facility as soon as he's old enough as well.

He gave me so many tips that were helpful to me in my daily physical struggles, and he gave great massages too! The equipment and facility was beyond my expectations. I felt the PT doctor was capable and qualified. But for some reason when I came in on my fifth appointment, I was told that they could no longer see me because by this time, five or six appointments, I should be '50% better'. How did they make this determination? There was hardly enough time to assess anything. I sent an email to the owner expressing my concern. I received a call back from the operations manager. Her first question to me was 'what kind of insurance do you have' which I thought was peculiar. She said she would call me back in an hour. The only call I got back a week later was from their billing department. Nobody called me back to explain why I was abruptly dumped from their care. I am left to believe that B2 You cares only about compensation not helping people heal. I am now forced to get another referral for a different provider from my PCP.

I recently moved to Detroit and used to get massages once a month in South Carolina when I lived…read morethere. I found this clinic online and decided to give it a try since I know that therapists in Canada receive great training, and it was only about 45 minutes from me. When I arrived, there were three people at the desk. They looked at me but kept talking to each other for a couple of minutes and then asked when my appointment was. Not super friendly like I'm used to. Filled out the paperwork and met my therapist (also not very warm). I tried to be very clear with my therapist about the areas that I wanted her to focus on, and I told her that I like really strong pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure wasn't deep. I asked for firmer pressure during the massage, but overall it was too gentle. Also didn't focus enough on problem areas as I had requested. No follow up as far as what to do after the massage (drink water, take it easy, stretches for problem areas, etc.) Just not very involved. In summation, it wasn't bang for my buck. Didn't hate it but left disappointed. Made me miss my therapist in SC. I'm not picky...I don't need frills...but a little more friendliness and warmth and a good listening ear might bring me back. Maybe someone else had a great experience, and I just got in there on a bad day. Meh.
