I was impressed with all the positive reviews of Spaland and the fact a therapist would come to my home since I am now homebound and that they specialize in taking care of seniors with the unique problems that come with age. My legs were stiff as boards and I was hoping that someone could help alleviate the constant ache. Brandy is the therapist that came to my home and she put me at ease right away and was very attentive to what I had to say. If the first massage I received years back was hell, the one she gave me was simply heaven! After she was done, my legs were supple and ache-free! I had to book another session with her right away! Brandy and her magic hands are simply the best!

It's a physical therapy facility and I believe the owner is also a masseuse. The owner of the facility name is Moe. Of course he asked me about the areas that were troubling me. I told him how my mid back was giving me issues so he recommended I try the muscle scraping and dry cupping session. I was not overwhelmed by the muscle scraping or the dry cupping. I feel that the massage would have been better. I typically get massages from another location, but I was open to the suggestion this day! I also booked a one hour session. We started relatively late and also ended early. So I don't feel like I truly got the full session that I paid for.

As it was a last minute effort to find a massage salon we couldn't get a couples massage from them which was fine. But then out of nowhere the person texted me that they're sorry and their massage is the best in Detroit and #1 on Yelp. After that the person told me through the text that she/he was not the one searching for me but I was searching for them and I will only get a massage from her/him if I'm lucky :))) what a great conversation and amazing service (again, through text messages). When I went on Yelp eventually I did see that this company was the first in line but it doesn't have a single review or rating. So I thought I'd leave one.
