They all sort of work together to give the patients really great service and support. They encourage you.. Root for you.. Congratulate your hard work. They do physical therapy of all kinds- and give awesome hot pack massages (ask your Dr to include massage in your Rx! It's highly beneficial to healing!) The facility itself is clean, sunny and pleasant.. And the reception staff is so freaking nice I just want to hug them upon arrival!

When they did put me on weight machines, no one watched my alignment. The therapist was watching tv. When I asked about payment, they were dismissive and told me "not to worry about it." Well, I got a bill for $292 and I ONLY HAD 4 APPOINTMENTS. I was charged $88 for 15 minutes of exercises, and like I said before, it was exercises that I was doing at home. Insurance only covered $15 of that. My physical therapy experience was a joke. I have switched to Pilates Privates at a fully-equipped studio in St. Clair Shores, and it is a much better use of my time and money. I can not recommend Tri-Rehab.
