Actually I sat on a tear PU leather chair. MASSEUSES - Too much talking to co workers side by side. And the strength and skill is not what I am expected. And, I don't think it is the right way to massage my right feet twice and left feet once ?! For my knowledge it had to be balance both side right.. so, please time yourself for about 15 mins x 2 for each side, be professional.. The waiting was so long , many patients fell in sleep at their chair. Finally when I was able to see Dr. Katz, he came in with a stone looking face with no emotion & never apologize to the patient for their long wait. He examined me for only 2 minutes & tell me to leave. But he collected over hundreds of dollars from the insurance company for a 2 minutes job. My feeling is that the doctor only care for money not the well being of the patient.

To date, I have religiously attended twice weekly sessions for about 8 weeks, with at least that amount of time to go prior to termination. My experience this time has been superb! My therapist has consistently, expertly and sensitively worked with me so as to improve my level of post surgical functioning. I am more than pleased with the help I have received. I see the staff wiping and disinfecting the equipment after use. The staff in the check in area are friendly and scheduling future appointments were a breeze. There is free wifi available too. My son has the pleasure of working with Christopher. The Dr. requires quad strengthing and range of motion exercises and Christopher ran him through the paces, he also gave him online exercises to accomplish at home. I can see Christopher cares about his clients well being and just doesn't go through the motions. There is a private parking lot in the rear which is a plus. Due to Covid restrictions you must mask up before entering the facility and have your temperature checked before entering the workout area. This place gets busy so book early for future appointments. Major insurances are accepted. I highly recommend this PT facility as you are guaranteed to receive quality treatment without compromise. No wonder why they call themselves Professional Physical Therapy, the name fits the organization.
