I was quite mistaken. The facility goes back 220 feet from the front door and has a large recovery/preparation room and a procedure area of equal size. Having worked in a major hospital, I am aware of various rules to be followed and was pleased to see them here. I was frequently asked my name and birthdate and everyone identified themselves as to being a nurse, physician, etc. The procedure I had sounded worse than it was and I am looking forward to having my other eye done in a few weeks.

My daughter just had a dental procedure there today with Dr Jaffa. Where do I even begin. Went in…read morethe receptionist (Caucasian girl) was the only experience that was pleasant in this whole place. The Dentist immediately came and recommended we take out my daughter's 4 front teeth and both bottom molars on two sides (8 extractions ). I repeatedly informed her I wasn't here for extractions I was there just for cavity fills (what me and her original dentist spoke about) . After her insisting and me not allowing her to even do the procedure she took a look again at my daughter's teeth and THENNN decided that we need 2 crown on the bottom. So instead of two crowns and two fillings we found out my daughter's bottom teeth had 4 metal crowns without our knowledge. That wasn't even the worst part. After the procedure the doctor informed us our daughters is out of the OR. I kept asking to see my daughter before she wakes up so she at least sees me or my wife's familiar faces. She's 4. The nurse kept telling us it's not time. Even after 1 hour. After the 3rd attempt to see my daughter they came and called us and I went to see my daughter terrified. When we got in the car she told both of us that the nurse (African American older lady) had "accidentally" taken off her breathing tube and that hurt her. Wish she would've told me earlier I would've had a few more words for the nurse who didn't let me see her immediately after her procedure. Imagine your kid waking up in pain to an unfamiliar face. I told her that my wife is also a nurse so she could help her care for after all it's her daughter. She scoffed and rudely told me that when her husband has a procedure she lets the nurse do her job. Comparing a grown ass man to a 4 year old scared little girl. Insane and highly inconsiderate. On Top of allllll of that. The icing on the cake is when I got to the parking lot and 5 hours and 5 minutes had passed and the parking lot attendant told me I should've came 5 minutes earlier so my parking receipt could've been validated. I called the clinic spoke to 2 people to no avail. I paid the 10$ and vowed to NEVER EVER RETURN to this clinic. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PLACE!
