Finding the right physical therapist (PT) was crucial. The PT team here is outstanding! Their care and hospitality made me feel truly valued. George, with his constant smile and cheerful "#welcome, welcome!" greetings, along with Dana, Hazel, Ken, and so many wonderful souls whose names I can't mention, all stood out. After two months of treatments, 2-3 times a week, my pain level went from a 9 to 0--a truly incredible result! Trust and follow their guidance, even do your exercise homework at home, it's extremely painful at first--you won't regret it.

The place is a little off th beaten path, but everyone that works there is so very very nice and kind. I went in there for what I thought was a hyperthyroid condition, and it turns out just to be a lot of stress. The acupuncturist was very patient with me in the consultation (only $20) and the acupuncture treatment was very thorough (though not necssarily relaxing after all there are needles going into your body). He also did this other things on my spine which involved activating my vertebrae/loosening them up. I also received a tui na massage which was very very helpful. The doctor went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and to recommend me other additional ways to help change what I was experiencing (yoga and tai qi/qi gong) as well as other thoughtful advice. I highly recommend!

The nurse there took my blood pressure and asked very personal questions regarding my health conditions in the waiting room in front of other patients and people waiting for patients ( I'm sure that violates some kind of HIPPA laws ) and to top it all off they only accept cash and don't do their job to check with your insurance if your deductible is met before starting any treatment. I'm out $530 and they still expect me to pay $150 every time I go in to finish my IV treatment ( have 3 more to go ) despite confirming with my insurance that my deductible is met. This office is unbelievably money hungry which is no surprise every medical office is a business at the end of the day but it seems like every single person that works there ( nurses and medical assistants included ) lack bed side manner and empathy and are just there for a paycheck. I refuse to ever step foot in there ever again unless it's for my refund from when my deductible was met.
