She explains things in a way that is easy to understand. One of the things I like the most is that she is very careful not to over prescribe any kind of narcotics. If you genuinely need them, she will make sure to monitor your condition and prescribe accordingly. You need to get to know her before passing judgement on her personality or bedside manner. She will try whatever she can before prescribing any hard medications, and to me that's invaluable! Would you like it if someone passed judgement on your personality based on one meeting?!! For the 1 star review, sometimes people go into a new doctor's office and try to tell them what to do. It's like needing a plumber because you have a leak and telling him/her how to fix the problem. I have never been made to feel like she thought I was drug seeking. She had always done whatever she felt, in her expert opinion, what was best for me to have a good quality of life. Yes, she does urine test every 2 or 3 months, and I have no problem with it as I have nothing to hide. She does this because it is her job to make sure that no one is abusing any additional pain meds. In my opinion, it gives me the assurance that she is careful and acts in my best interest.

Never touched and examined my extremely sprained ankle of the fracture in my foot. Wrapped me in a bandage and sent me on my way. Gave me a CD supposedly of my xrays that at home were blank. Never mailed a replacement CD as requested to their staff by me. He gave me a CD if "I wanted to get a 2nd opinion". What doctor does that without being asked? Thank God I did. My current doctor gave a thorough exam, checked my foot carefully and ankle. Showed me xrays and the space in mm they were separated and decided to see if it would heal without surgery. Also, gave me a boot to wear. Using crutches for weeks to stay off foot and now can walk in the boot. I do not need surgery and am going to a real doctor & professional that didn't just want to do surgery for the dollars. Do NOT use Dr. DiTrolio. And the bill from them to the insurance company was much higher that my current doctor. Run the other way!

The waiting was so long , many patients fell in sleep at their chair. Finally when I was able to see Dr. Katz, he came in with a stone looking face with no emotion & never apologize to the patient for their long wait. He examined me for only 2 minutes & tell me to leave. But he collected over hundreds of dollars from the insurance company for a 2 minutes job. My feeling is that the doctor only care for money not the well being of the patient.

After reading Dr Bostrom's profile I knew he was the surgeon I had been looking for. It felt like a factory and they should understand that people who go in there are often feeling scared or unsure and they need an atmosphere that is warm, gracious and where they actually look you in the eye.
