She took painstaking time, on a very busy day at the site, to research our accounts, and ensured that we were not making duplicate transactions. (We weren't; the bank corrected their system issue). And I feel blessed to have found KOURTNEY as my masseuse. Great listener. Very customer-focused. Excellent job helping me get rid of aches/pains and stress!
