toilet bowl brush in the hall

This hotel smelled and had toilet bowl brushes in the hall. The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional Not to mention no hot water.

Check in was quick and easy. Chris was great. We stayed overnight from Saturday to Sunday. The hotel is going through a renovation. We had booked for 4 people but when we got to the room there was only 3 towel sets but when we went downstairs Chris was able to give me another towel. Also when we went to the pool the next morning, they ran out of towels but Jeremiah was able to get someone to refill the pool towels. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The area also had a lot of food options. Would definitely stay here again! Pros: -indoor pool -breakfast, the ladies refilled anything that was running low -room, renovated and spacious Cons: -bed, on the smaller side especially for 2 adults - wish they had a fitness center

We had a wonderful overnight stay during Washington's Birthday long weekend after skiing in Hunter Mountain. Peter from front desk is very courteous and helpful for accommodation. Room is in good size for one king bed. Bathroom is clean and new. The pool is in good size, but crowded with kids sometimes. It is not perfect without a gym in the hotel, but I think I had enough exercise (skiing) for the day. It would be perfect 5 star to have the jacuzzi on site for more relaxation. The location is also convenient to a car wash place if you prefer to do your own car wash.

I worked in a major midtown hotel in New York City and stayed at hotels all over the world…read more I was impressed with this venue. Plenty of free parking and an inviting lobby. The front desk staff is very professional and welcoming to all. Went there for the AAA driver's course, being held in one of the meeting rooms off the main lobby. It's the small details; the HVAC was well modulate. It never got too cold or hot and stuffy. The carpet was clean and maintained, ceiling tiles clean. There is an impressive guest Breakfast buffet. Beyond the cold dry cereals and yogurts found at some motels. Waffles you prepare, scrambled eggs, pastries, to name a few. There is no onsite restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurants and fast food places nearby. There's a small store with snacks and beverages next to reception. There was a wedding going on, I imagine in a ballroom somewhere in the motel. Some of the amenities are: a putting green near the entrance, well appointed fitness center, indoor pool, business center, free WiFi, an area with children's activities, covered and open air seating area. There are probably more that I'm unaware of.

On peak hours, the wifi will drop connection every few minutes for about 2 minutes at a time, sometimes longer, just to have it happen again a few minutes later. It's not much better during off-peak hours, either. If you need a stable wifi connection for your stay, I recommend staying elsewhere. They REALLY need to invest into their internet service.

The "kitchen crew" even carried on a conversation with us which you don't find very often. We had to reserve the pool time and had it to ourselves for an hour. As one enters the suite, a sofábed and footrest are the first furniture on the right of the door. A refreshment niche with snacks, water, coffee, microwave and mini-fridge is on one side of the entrance area. Opposite are a desk and chair for work across the sofa. The jumbo jumbo bed is comfortable, but the pillows are too soft. Everyone in our group got neck pain. The shower is a little tricky with two body sprays of water on one side that shoots straight into the center of the shower. It takes a bit of thinking to know how to use the shower well. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash dispensers are inside the stall. In the lobby, breakfast is provided in the morning, and the menu changes slightly every day. There is a bar towards the back of the lobby with limited amounts of cocktails and liquor. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me one. Just got a text message that I left behind a garment in my suite. They will send it to me via a third party for a fee.

There is absolutely no reason why this hotel doesn't have 5 stars. We bought this hotel hours…read morebefore we arrived because we wanted to stay overnight in the area and it was actually the cheapest. My husband bought it and I didn't really look into it until I was amazed at what I saw. First of all, when you get here - you realize there's a Walmart a block away across the street, a gas station you can easily walk to, and you have five guys and chipotle for fast food - I'm sure more but it was dark out, so I couldn't really see. So we walk into the lobby and it's pretty, very big area because it's also the dining room. They give us a map to park the closest to our suite. So we walk up the stars to our second floor suite and it's absolutely stunning. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The price we paid under $300 was unreal. I wish more hotels looked like this! They had a dishwasher for the dishes, closets, the sofa even had a bed to it as well. There was nothing upsetting about this place. They provide shampoo and conditioner that smelled decent. the only thing that's a little weird is there is no privacy on the first floor room, they have French doors with no curtains - so if you're staying with people, I'm sure that could be awkward - depending. We just had a great night stay and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was nice, there was all sorts of basic options from oatmeal to cereal to eggs and potatoes. They also had a variety of tea's. For the weekend people were trying to find tables, there is sofas around to eat your food, but who wants to do that? Might have to go back to your hotel if you want a table - it's a little apartment anyway, I'd rather eat with my family. The people at the desk were great. Just make sure if you have a lot of bags or someone handicap in your family that you let them know you need the first floor because climbing up the stairs will be a pain. If I could rate this place, I'd give it a 100/100. Besides hotels in Vegas, definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!
