The staff is extremely nice and accommodating with a greeting coming and going. Our TV had problems working and Matt was so awesome, he kept trying solutions until he got it to work. He was super nice and reassuring to us. If ever in this area I totally recommend this hotel. It's in a center where there's a Residence inn right next door and a courtyard in walking distance. I like the Springhill suites. There's a pool available as well indoors. There were 2 wedding events at the same time upon checkin and this hotel was large enough where that didn't affect the elevator(no delay) or complimentary breakfast(no crowds) awesome stay here!!!

Don't get me wrong only reason this is getting 4 starts is because of poor experience with breakfast the 2nd morning. Their rooms are pretty damn near spotless. Leah (I believe the receptionist name was) was very professional and welcoming. She did her best to make sure in the morning everything was stocked for breakfast. She gets 5 stars. Second morning was some young girl at the desk and extreme poor breakfast experience. Everything was running out. No cups. No juice . Very unfortunate. Overall stay here. We stayed in room 114, which was not only accessible for my daughter but also incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, and the premises were immaculate. It's evident that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The location is also terrific as it is close and even walking distance to different restaurants and Walmart. I'm thrilled to say that we've already booked a return stay, and we can't wait to come back and enjoy another fantastic visit. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!
