This place was fantastic! Rooms were very nice, parking was easy, and staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great!

Have stayed here 4 times in the last 3 years. Always better than most as far as cleaning. Parking is good and well lit. Breakfast has always been good and fully stocked. There are a lot of sports teams that use this place so be prepared but never had any issues. read more

Clean and had pretty good breakfast. Toilet was broken and kept flushing on its own. Otherwise no complaints.

Easy check in process. Nice and clean rooms! Lots of hooks on the wall for you to hang things like towels which is great! Good room temperature control as well, much better than a central system and it actually works! Open closet so you don't forget anything. There's also a night light in the bathroom which adds a nice touch. Lots of table space in the room to put things and they have trash cans with bags! Fast WiFi. Comfy beds and pillows too. Scone and biscuits are good for breakfast! There's also a pool that's fun for kids and jacuzzi. Good spot to stay around the area! read more

One of the main reasons for staying at Hampton Inn is the hot breakfast included in the rate. Breakfast served from 6-10am. We showed up at 9:02 - a full hour before they end breakfast. They are taking everything down. No waffles - all they have to do is wipe the waffle iron down when they close at 10. Here, have a piece of bread instead. They have a pot for oatmeal - but that is taken down - here have a packet of instant oatmeal instead. Tables are a mess - not wiped at all - too busy shutting down breakfast to even wipe a table - but oh some good news! They have a card to make it easy to leave a tip!! This is wonderful! I get it the place was busy, but they know how many people had reservations and how many spent the night and should have enough food to handle the customers. A complaint to the front desk did no good. To the owners of this hotel - your facility is nice, but I have other places I can stay. read more

This hotel had a great breakfast! I'm glad I booked a room here. I was traveling on a Friday during spring break. Half a day out, I looked online for a room around Chattanooga. I looked at their listing and thought I would give them a call about any discounts they might have. This one offered a military veteran discount of a few dollars, so I booked it. The room was very nice, the hotel was clean, everything was just as I expected. I would definitely book here again when traveling in the area. read more

This hotel is located just off of Interstate 75 at exit 11. We ended up picking this hotel while we were traveling through Alabama after visiting Noccalula Falls Park. We knew we were going to end up somewhere near Chattanooga for the night, but wanted to not be in the middle of the city. This hotel fit that bill nicely. There was ample parking available on site. Our stay here was on August 4, 2018. We arrived at the hotel around 6 pm, which is what we expected given the travel time for the day, which started out in Mississippi. It wasn't busy when we came in and were immediately greeted at the front desk. We gave the clerk all the needed info and we got our room keys. Our assigned room was 505. After getting to the room, we checked things out everything looked good and in working order. After getting settled, we started to look for somewhere to get dinner. There happens to be a restaurant right next to the hotel that you can easily walk to, so that's where we went (will have a separate review for that). After dinner, we made it back to the hotel and started to do a bit of unwinding. However, my niece wanted to go to the pool, so we went to the pool for a little while. The pool was pretty busy that evening, but we made do. I wasn't too surprised since it was a Saturday night. After having some time in the pool, we got back to the pool and changed back into regular clothes. Finally, it was time to start unwinding for the evening. During that evening, I was at the desk area downloading the photos that I had taken during the day from our stop at the falls earlier in the day so that I would have space back on the phone for the next day. While I was doing that, I felt an ant crawl up my leg. I killed it and moved on. However, a few minutes later, I had a whole bunch of them on my leg, which was a bit concerning at that point, especially since we were on the 5th floor. After that, I immediately made my way down to the front desk. The manager was actually at the desk at the time and told her what was going on. She said she would be up in a few minutes to check it out and do what she could to take care of the issue. Sure enough, she came up a few minutes later to spray the area where the ants were getting too antsy. She used a different type of spray so that it didn't stink up the room for the night. The hotel (and others in the area) were at capacity, so she took care of that and also did not charge us for the night as well. This was definitely handled in a professional, genuine way. After that was taken care of, it was time to go to sleep for the night. The beds were very nice and was very easy to fall asleep. I definitely had a good night's sleep that night. The following morning we came down to the breakfast area to have some of the continental breakfast items and other typical breakfast items before heading back on the road. There was a good selection of options available. Overall, given all of the experiences, this was a great hotel. The way they handled the issues were great and that tells me this is a well run and well managed hotel. If your travels take you this way, this would be a great hotel to stop at. read more

The hotel is nice just like every Hampton Inn, however they put us in the 4th floor were they starting doing construction while we were there which we found it rude and unprofessional. Even when we ask not to be disturb, construction started at 7am and to make it even worse we couldn't even get through the hallway and when we ask the guys working can you please clear a path for us to get to our room they just told us to get around. So we spoke to the front office they were like I'm so sorry but we are full and can't do nothing about it. So this place is a bust. read more

The NICEST people work here. Woud be 4*, but I can't abide the political hack news channel blaring in the breakfast/lounge area. Not a reason to stay or not stay here, just a bad wake-up vibe. Hampton Inn is one of my favorite hotels. This is Ooltewah's newest hotels and is located right off exit 75. Everything is new so you can't find nothing wrong. One benefit of staying here is you get a free USA Today newspaper. The customer service counter is friendly and professional. read more

I'm not the normal hotel dweller. I only stay overnight when it is absolutely necessary. So when my boss said he needed me to work out of town I automatically dreaded it. My stay at the Hampton was excellent. They always were nice and helpful. Had several things I needed and they were kind and gave them to me. I came back from work everyday and the rooms were clean neatly made up bed. The beds were comfy. I slept good every night. Coffee was always fresh with an assortment of creamers. Hot breakfast every morning. Typical hotel stuff. Biscuits and gravy and pastries. Cookies every evening at 5. Overall I enjoyed my stay with them and would recommend the place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. read more

Booked a stay here and arrived at 1 AM tired as can be from driving all day. The door to the lobby was locked for security reasons which I understand. Me and my wife waited for 45 minutes buzzing the intercom it said to use, which you could hear clear as day inside(I'm sure I woke the whole first floor up holding that button down). No one ever came to unlock the doors. We called corporate and they couldn't get ahold of anyone either and apologized and said only the front desk can issue refunds. So after already spending money on a reservation. We walked across the street and booked at holiday express. We went back to Hampton the next morning to tell them what happened, so we could get a refund. And they told us that it was within 24 hours of the booking and it couldn't be cancelled and didn't even apologize that we waited outside the door of a 24/7 hotel for 45 minutes. They said there was nothing they could do and that they are strict on there no cancellations policy, the whole thing would have been avoided if someone had just let us in. I'm mind blown we payed for a service we didn't receive and they wouldn't give us a refund. Me and my wife always stay at Hampton and we travel a lot. They wouldn't even give us a room voucher we could use at a later date. I will never stay at another Hilton owned property again. I'm still in shock that this happened. read more

We stayed here for two nights. It's a great location. The Local Goat is next door- walking distance. Highly recommend trying that restaurant out. Another hotel is on the other side which was convenient for us since we had family staying at both. Room was clean. Breakfast was yummy. Not loud. Great view of interstate... I say this because its nice to see how the traffic is going. The staff greeted us but I've had friendlier interactions. Maybe just tired but did not feel 100% welcomed. read more

This is my third Hampton Inn location in a month, and this one had a "budget" feel to it. The room was lacking the little touches that I've seen at other Hampton Inns, and felt quite spartan and sterile. We had to deal with at least 3 millipedes crawling up the walls and on the ceiling. The curtains weren't quite right so they didn't block the early morning sun. And the breakfast was cooked with apathy as evidenced by watery scrambled eggs, an empty & neglected waffle batter dispenser, and staff that just gave you a dull glare. Since we travel this way a lot, we'll be staying at a competitors next time. read more

Needed a place for the night and there was room in the Inn. The parking was plentiful. The desk clerks were friendly and very efficient. Breakfast is the standard Hampton Inn breakfast: advanced continental. The breakfast area was stocked pretty well throughout the morning. The room was great, the bed was okay, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of toiletries. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great place. read more

Hampton's in general are very consistent. They are usually clean, with comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. This one was a bit above the others. The breakfast was much better, with waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, as well as the normal pastries, cereal and yogurt. The room felt damp but otherwise was clean and comfortable. The pool is actually quite large. It only goes to four feet but is covered and heated to be very relaxing. There is also a hot tub. The pool is removed from the rooms so the hours are extended to 6am to 11 pm. It's a bit north of Chattanooga but easy to get to and worth a stop if you are headed through. read more

I stayed many nights here during the summer due to mold symptoms from my home. It was very important that I reside in a very clean, mold-free environment and this was it! Theresa and LaVonna (spelling?) keep this hotel beyond clean! In addition, the breakfast was good and every desk staff member went above and beyond. It was truly my "home away from home," and I was very thankful to find this hotel. It was also great that they had a laundry room. Also, request the side of the building away from highway 75, it was quiet. read more

The exceptional experience I had at this hotel is prompting me to write my first Yelp review. It was stunning, squeaky clean and comfortable. The bathroom was enormous with a tub plenty big for a big gal. The bed linens looked and smelled new and there was a note saying even the duvets get cleaned after each visit! read more

We got here a little late in the evening and had about an hour to let the kids swim before it closed. The guy on duty offered to keep it open just a little longer if we wanted to so that the kids could swim longer. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
