Checked into my room and there were mysterious orange stains, pubes in the shower, really dirty floors, and dirty mirrors. It was so disgusting I had to change rooms. The second room didn't get much better. There was literal dirt in the shower and trash on the floor. It's a shame this place is connected to the Marriott, I expected a lot better.

Where's the coffee maker? I see pods... but nothing to put them in.

Why does this hotel have rooms that sleep 5 but only have 2 bath towels and no sheets/blankets/pillows for the trundle bed? Then when we requested those items, it took over an hour to get them. Also, we have coffee pods, creamer and sweetener but no coffee maker. When we asked at the front desk, they said, "we're sold out so we can't get you one". No matter what we did, we couldn't get connected to the internet. Not with our room number and our last name, not with signing into our Bonvoy accounts. I had work to do and had to use my hotspot and data. The free breakfast is only until 8. Which since we stayed up late listening to the kid above us run the obstacle course that is their room, we missed. Also, we walked in and even though there is a sign on the door that says masks are required, the front desk employee and I were the only ones in the lobby area wearing masks. Why have mask rules if you aren't enforcing them? I am not interested in staying here again.

    Loud AC unit

A newer hotel with a very spacious, open room layout. The bad is the very loud AC unit in the room. The shower door was installed on the wrong side. You get to turn on the shower and get pelted by cold water. The shower is very slippery. They had a towel in there, so I put it on the floor so I would not slip. The good is that it is new. They have great amenities. The lady working the check-in counter was great and friendly. A nice tv that angles towards the bed. The AC works great. The bed is not a Marriott bed, but it is comfortable. Workout area is open 24 hours. They have a hair dryer and coffee maker in the room. Lastly, the guy complaining about masks cracks me up. Maskholes should not stay here.~

Loose faucet, not tell me no one reported this. Hell the cleaning crew should have reported it.

I just want a clean room with no problems. I'm not the best customer after 12 hours in the car. I booked through national call center, because the app wanted me to change my password. Failed attempts were my fault! But after you frustrate a customer, don't piss them off with a substandard room. The American Standard faucet is barely attached. Video posted on instagram.

    Cable doesn't work
    Gealean R.

We booked a night here while traveling on the way home from visiting family in Illinois for the holiday. When we got here, the line was way backed up for check in. There was only a single attendant, and the keycard system was down so she was having to physically open the doors for anyone who needed access to their room- whether they were new guests or not. Upon entering our room we found bugs, there was dirt in all the corners and the couch has white stains all over it. The pull out bed to the couch didn't have any sheets, nor were any in the closet. To top it all off- the cable isn't working on the TV. When I called the front desk I was informed no one was here to check the TV, and she would move us to another room, but she was checking in another guest. 15 minutes later, same story. By this time my daughter is falling asleep on the bed so we had to suck it up. When I asked for a discount, I was told since I booked through a 3rd party site that there was nothing they could do. Of course calling the 3rd party site yields the same results. I'll be calling corporate, but I don't expect much. Usually I look for Bon Voy hotels because I know them to be clean and have great customer service. Tonight I feel like I should have risked bed bugs at the hotel next door for $60 less a night.

If I could give a ZERO star...I would. I made a 2 night reservation for this hotel a month in advance. I was about 15 minutes away from this hotel and received an email saying my reservations were CANCELED!!! I thought it could be a spam email because the day before I received email reminding me my trip was one day away! SO I called them, and yes the email was legit and my reservation was canceled because they over booked. This email was sent at 6:37pm. I was set to arrive at 7:00 pm. PLEASE BEWARE JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE RESERVATIONS DOESN'T MEAN YOU GET A ROOM!!!!! They do NOT care about people, all they care about is money!!! I will NEVER choose this place again

Within 5 minutes of settling into our room, I was grossed out. We arrived super late in the evening…read moreso I was not about to attempt to switch rooms. There was grease or oil stained all over my nightstand. There were crumbs/ debris all over the floor and bed frame. There were pubic hairs on the nightstand. Then I went into the bathroom and immediately noticed a curly and long black hair on the sink counter. Even though it was late, we wanted to sit in the lobby area and chill out. Surprisingly enough, it was much cleaner down there so we relaxed a little before heading to bed. We purchased some drinks from the market and watched television. The front desk person was super friendly, attentive, and nice. We also requested a late check out, which she was able to give us until noon. I wish I got her name because she went out of her way to check on us multiple times while watching tv, including offering us the remote. She was about 5'3", dirty blonde hair, late 40's/ early 50's, Caucasian. Unfortunately we did not make it to breakfast due to us sleeping until after breakfast hours. Shower time was not fun. When I was at the conditioning hair point, the shower floor was flooded. I had to turn off the water to wait for the water to slowly drain. It was a first since the shower had a long strip for a drain. Luckily housekeeping was not pounding on the door when I took a couple minutes longer than noon. The rooms definitely need some checking in on but the staff were nice.

They even allow pets!($75 fee) The rooms here make you feel like you moved into a studio apartment but in a good way. I didn't get any pictures as we just stayed for 6 hours. I wish they had more options for breakfast but they do have a nice option of food and drinks around the main desk. I recommend this hotel to anyone in the area! Very new and safe!

We had alarms set for 6am to continue driving on and when I woke up, I noticed a Bed bug crawling on the pillow (it was a baby bed bug). Upon inspection, I noticed an adult sized bed bug crawling on the other side of the bed. We were utterly disgusted and have never had this experience elsewhere. We took photos so we had proof to show the desk attendant named Cynthia as well as put both bugs on a napkin and brought them to the front desk. She saw them and squashed them because she said she did not want them to get away. The big bed bug was filled with blood. We felt super gross and asked for garbage bags to put anything we had brought into the room into the bags so we did not bring any home with us. My sister had welts on her legs from being bit in the middle of the night. We asked for the manager to call us back that day. We received a call from the desk attendant saying the manager approved $40 off our stay equating to 25% off. Obviously, with our room being priced at over $150, $40 did not seem fair for all the trouble we had to do to now sort through our stuff when we got home. We later received an email from the manager saying they had "an in house inspector" check out our room and found nothing. Just because you don't visibly see them during the day, does not mean there are no bed bugs. We received another call from another desk attendant and that is when we spoke up asking for at least half our money back from our stay. We did not enjoy the free breakfast they offered, did not get to enjoy the pool, and instead rushed out of the hotel because we did not want to be there any longer. We asked to speak personally with the manager over the phone and it has been about 7 days and no word from anyone. We even sent pictures over email of the ones we took that morning, which are attached to this review. Utterly disgusting and very dissatisfied. Very disappointed in their manager and the managers refusal to call us personally.

Went to lay down, pulled back sheets, it looks like they don't do well washing them at all. The doors in the hallway slam, constantly causing noises through the night. The AC somewhat works, and of course dirty, the floor is scuffed and damaged. Going down the stairs, completely dirty. She indicated the foyer we were currently in would be cleaned up by the next morning and they would have a limited breakfast available. This information should have been presented in the online registration portal to allow potential customers to make an informed decision as to whether they wanted to stay there, especially when there is another motel right next door. The room itself was nice. It was older but clean and had all the typical amenities anticipated. We were at the rear of the building so there was no road noise and the room was pretty quiet. The next morning the foyer area included only yogurt and packaged breakfast items. Again, this information was not available prior to booking and no price break was offered for the lack of the advertised breakfast option. After reading some of the reviews on Hotels.com, I wasn't sure what to expect. Gotta set those expectations correctly, folks! Otherwise, you're gonna be a real joy to be married to...for the fourth time. But I digress. Anyway, this is a newer property. Looks as if it's less than three years old as of Summer 2013. Rooms are basic and clean. Restrooms are sharp, with perfectly functioning fixtures, tubs with showers, and large countertops around the sink. Each room has a decent size refrigerator as well as a microwave. 27-31" television worked fine. Desk and office chair, small couch with ottoman. Bed was firm but not at all hard or uncomfortable. Ample floor space for luggage, hanging space for clothing, and A/C unit also worked like a charm. The walk in rate is completely reasonable and we scored an even better deal online. Staff was friendly, breakfast was better than at the America's Best Value Inn we stayed at the previous night. Bottom line: if you need a safe, clean, quiet, comfy place to sleep, this is it! You won't find a better price for a new property. Oh, and an overall tip for hotel guests: leave the room in good shape, and check your dirty shoes before you come in. Then you won't have to worry about contributing to any property's uncleanness! :-D
