Although it's located just off I-75, it's a little difficult to find the first time. You'll turn at a light, but the entrance to the motel is from a side street which is hidden behind some trees/ bushes. Once you turn on that street, the entrance to the motel parking lot is about a block further. There is a good amount of parking, with handicapped spaces on either side of the entrance. There is also a gravel lot for overflow, but the only vehicles I saw there were ones pulling trailers. The lobby is bright and open, with the check in desk on the right. We have been greeted quickly every time we have stayed here. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have all been nice and up to date. The motel is generally quiet, even with various travelling sports teams are staying there. There is a pool we have used a few times. The breakfast is pretty extensive and good. They do a good job of keeping up with demand without making so much it sits there too long. They also have some local sauces to add to your eggs. I would be remiss to not mention Miss Marriott, the stray cat who lives in the area. She is sweet and selectively friendly, and hangs out on the patio outside the dining area most mornings. Overall, we have been pleased with the accommodations as well as the staff here. read more

Clean rooms, and BIG rooms. The double queen room as a really wide couch that's better than the pullout bed that's underneath it. You could easily sleep 6 in the room without anyone in the floor. They have a free breakfast that's really great too. Put brown sugar and chocolate chips in your waffle mix, with strawberries on top. :) read more

The building seems brand new and our room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast starts at 6:30 AM on weekdays. Very convenient, right off the highway. I definitely recommend for road-trip stopovers. There is a Chargepoint EV charger, but we didn't bother because there is a Tesla supercharger 4 miles north of here. read more

Don't have trash spilling out of the trash can at the entrance. Clean the lobby restroom. Don't leave trash bags in the hallway from clean up. Refill the soap dispenser in the shower and have towels that aren't worn. Make sure you don't run out of breakfast food before 8:30 when breakfast is served till 9:30. Checked into my room and there were mysterious orange stains, pubes in the shower, really dirty floors, and dirty mirrors. It was so disgusting I had to change rooms. The second room didn't get much better. There was literal dirt in the shower and trash on the floor. It's a shame this place is connected to the Marriott, I expected a lot better. read more

Why does this hotel have rooms that sleep 5 but only have 2 bath towels and no sheets/blankets/pillows for the trundle bed? Then when we requested those items, it took over an hour to get them. Also, we have coffee pods, creamer and sweetener but no coffee maker. When we asked at the front desk, they said, "we're sold out so we can't get you one". No matter what we did, we couldn't get connected to the internet. Not with our room number and our last name, not with signing into our Bonvoy accounts. I had work to do and had to use my hotspot and data. The free breakfast is only until 8. Which since we stayed up late listening to the kid above us run the obstacle course that is their room, we missed. Also, we walked in and even though there is a sign on the door that says masks are required, the front desk employee and I were the only ones in the lobby area wearing masks. Why have mask rules if you aren't enforcing them? I am not interested in staying here again. read more

A newer hotel with a very spacious, open room layout. The bad is the very loud AC unit in the room. The shower door was installed on the wrong side. You get to turn on the shower and get pelted by cold water. The shower is very slippery. They had a towel in there, so I put it on the floor so I would not slip. The good is that it is new. They have great amenities. The lady working the check-in counter was great and friendly. A nice tv that angles towards the bed. The AC works great. The bed is not a Marriott bed, but it is comfortable. Workout area is open 24 hours. They have a hair dryer and coffee maker in the room. Lastly, the guy complaining about masks cracks me up. Maskholes should not stay here.~ read more

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, and smartly appointed. The designers for Marriott thought through the challenge of laying out the space and conveniences in a small room and have hit a homerun. The general reception area facilities are flawless as are the exercise room and pool. The location is convenient (about a 20-minute drive) to downtown Chattanooga, TN. We booked a night here while traveling on the way home from visiting family in Illinois for the holiday. When we got here, the line was way backed up for check in. There was only a single attendant, and the keycard system was down so she was having to physically open the doors for anyone who needed access to their room- whether they were new guests or not. Upon entering our room we found bugs, there was dirt in all the corners and the couch has white stains all over it. The pull out bed to the couch didn't have any sheets, nor were any in the closet. To top it all off- the cable isn't working on the TV. When I called the front desk I was informed no one was here to check the TV, and she would move us to another room, but she was checking in another guest. 15 minutes later, same story. By this time my daughter is falling asleep on the bed so we had to suck it up. When I asked for a discount, I was told since I booked through a 3rd party site that there was nothing they could do. Of course calling the 3rd party site yields the same results. I'll be calling corporate, but I don't expect much. Usually I look for Bon Voy hotels because I know them to be clean and have great customer service. Tonight I feel like I should have risked bed bugs at the hotel next door for $60 less a night. read more

I was about 15 minutes away from this hotel and received an email saying my reservations were CANCELED!!! I thought it could be a spam email because the day before I received email reminding me my trip was one day away! SO I called them, and yes the email was legit and my reservation was canceled because they over booked. This email was sent at 6:37pm. I was set to arrive at 7:00 pm. Pros: Stopped through on our way to Atlanta, and the facility was beautiful new construction. Clean, quiet, and spacious room. Cameron, the front desk attendant, was pleasant and extremely helpful. Cons: The only slight irritant was the breakfast attendant who kinda gave us a problem over whether or not we checked the refrigerator for regular milk because we asked her to grab a bottle from the kitchen. Had she checked herself, which is her job, she would have known that she had not stocked any regular milk. Good breakfast but the juices were a bit watery. Kitchen staff should also check to ensure the spinach is fresh. Summary: Overall pleasant experience, and we would certainly recommend this hotel. No need for pictures. Stayed here for a night en route to the South East. We got a suite to accommodate five. Pros: Pretty much the normal things you would expect out of chain hotels that are not resorts: -Continental breakfast -Exercise facilities -Clean rooms and facilities -Pantry for snacks Cons: -This place is in a dry county -Bathroom door is just odd. She spoke very harshly to me even to the point of rolling her head and neck at me . Even to the point of tell who she did not work for . Only to to turn to the next guest and speak sweetly . We stayed at the Ringgold, GA location and it was a shit show from the start. We arrived at 11:30pm after along day of driving with my elderly mom. First, the keys didn't work and desk attendant had to come up and let us in and stated he hated these new keys. The room had a lot of small issues that I could of overlooked but what I couldn't overlook was the big blood stain on the wall and the splatter of it on the top of the wall. We let the desk attendant know first thing in the morning. She was very defensive and implied that it very well could have been one of us that had caused the splatter. Really? (It was old crusty blood). She had also stated it was the responsibility to check out the room first thing and since we didn't it was our fault. I found out she was the general manager Carmen Henley which shocked me, she had no and I mean NO customer service. She kept putting everything back on us, it was our fault, we didn't call downstairs, they could of moved us. It was after midnight and my elderly mom has COPD which makes it difficult to move around for last minute changes. Also, she stated she couldn't do anything for us, it would have to be the management agency, which she refused to give us the contact information for. We weren't looking for a free stay, a sorry and admitting that housekeeping made a big mistake would've of been sufficient. This is blood, and all the problems that can come with blood. Carmen chose to attack instead of being a proactive manager. I will leave this review with a quote "The biggest communication problem is we do not listen to understand." I stayed here twice because I regularly travel from Florida to Illinois and this is a nice halfway spot. The first time was an amazing experience with a super clean room. Sadly, this second time wasn't even close to what I experienced during my first stay. It was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Old moldy water left stagnate in the ice bin and hair in the bathroom. I had to keep going downstairs because they only gave us 2 towels and no sheets for the pull out bed. The only saving grace was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very apologetic and said he would be letting the management know but I have yet to hear from them. But I think it's safe to say I'm going to steer clear of this hotel when traveling. read more

When I arrived after a long driving day I was checked in by Ariana. She is great! Even with no reservation she went out of her way to see what discounts I qualified for and my room is clean, comfortable and the bed very relaxing. The shower is huge and there was plenty of hot water! It was especially nice to receive a snack bag when arriving and I look forward to breakfast in the morning. You will not go wrong if you stay here. Great place! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. A few of their staff members are incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They don't act that way until you have a problem though. First of all, the room was nasty. Not only was it just dirty in general, we also found bedbugs and roaches (pictures attached). Staff did nothing about this, they wouldn't even move us to a different room due to the risk of infesting another room. Even after I mentioned that my 2 year old daughter is allergic to all bugs that bite, they still wouldn't move us. We were staying for a few weeks, so they said they'd have pest control come up and treat the room. According to them it was our only option, so we agreed. Pest control never came. There was a huge pee stain on the trundle bed underneath the couch (pictures attached) and the mattress felt like a box springs. The bathtub had a ring of grime around it, there were long curly black hairs stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom, there were acrylic nails that someone had pulled off by the nightstand, it was just all around gross. My biggest problem aside from the bugs, was that we found a pill in the floor by the air conditioner that my daughter could've easily gotten ahold of (pictures attached). It did not belong to my husband or I, and looked like it had been there awhile. When I told staff about that, he didn't say a word to me, and he threw it away. Even after mentioning my concerns about how my daughter could've gotten ahold of it, he still didn't say anything. He wouldn't even say he was sorry. I called beforehand because we do have 2 animals, a service animal and a support animal. Both registered with papers. We have a dog that has been trained to respond to seizures, and a cat that serves as an emotional support animal. When I called to inform the hotel of this, they were very understanding and said there would be no problem. They stated that they wrote this down in the notes of our reservation. On our last night when we got to our room, our key wouldn't work. My husband went to the front desk to get a new key because that happened 4 or 5 times during our stay. They told us we were being kicked out due to having animals in a non-pet friendly hotel. He told the desk that they had been informed of the animals, and the man said that they hadn't. I went down there to talk to him again and hopefully jog his memory. I told him that someone had written it in the notes and that I was pretty sure the man I talked to was him. He said probably so, but we were still being kicked out. He kept stating that there's a difference between a service animal and a support animal, I assume not realizing that our dog is trained to respond to seizures. He said he'd ask his manager if we could stay for our last night, and then he never let us know anything. The next morning a man from the desk called as we were packing our things to check out to let us know that we were supposed to be out the night prior due to having animals in the room. I let him know of the bedbug and roach incident, and he said he was the assistant regional manager and that he hadn't been informed of the problem. All around, it was a horrible stay. The pool was dirty, the room had an awful smell, the breakfast was trash, everyone was always so loud, and all snacks in the lobby were always out of stock. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. read more

When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. The front desk apologized and assigned us a new room. After dragging our family of six's luggage back to the new room, we once again walked into a room that had not been cleaned. It was 5:00. The front desk didn't seem to know what to do. An hour later we were finally in a clean room. We were apologized to profusely by the front desk folks and told our room would be comped and that we would not pay anything at checkout. However, when we DID check out the next morning, we were told we would not be receiving our charges comped. Instead, we would receive points adding up to a stay of $50 equivalent (it was a $170 room). This is completely unacceptable and we will never stay here again. Others in our group experienced the same thing- we were not the only ones. Another person's room had no towels, a broken toilet seat, and their shower didn't drain. Unacceptable read more

I gave this property 4 stars for one reason only, the bed was not up to the standards of Marriott. It was not comfortable and it creaked like old springs when you moved around. This property is less than six months old and is very nice. It provides a great hot breakfast. The front desk staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. It is within walking distance to a great restaurant, Farm to Fork. We will definitely stay here again. read more
