When the flooring installers they had subcontracted betrayed my trust by rummaging through my bedroom drawers, Scott and Jason of Prokleen handled the situation with dignity, understanding and respect. When the owner of the subcontracted flooring company turned around and made me out to be the bad guy, Scott took control of the situation, found another, better flooring company to finish the job and did and said exactly the right things. I would not only work with this company again for any home needs, but I would recommend them to anyone--and have!

Better Business Bureau says that ProKleen Restoration is "out of business", so it no longer publishes the complaints against this company. I took Jason to small claims court this year, the judge found in my favor, and now he is ignoring a court order to repay me over $6,000.

They replaced all the wood under our roof to make it stronger, put protection, then new roof. They were courteous, worked hard and efficiently. We also needed a new security door in stalled on front door, a complete new roof over storage room, and they fixed drywall and painted in kitchen where rain had leaked through. I recommend them to anyone needing these services. They don't overcharge, have plenty of workers, only took 1 1/2 days to complete. And, they cleaned up after themselves. Great Company. Duane came and inspected the progress multiple times. We didn't have to do anything but stay out of the way. I noticed the workmen seemed to have a pleasant attitude and were very kind and friendly as neighbors walked by, which I really appreciated. HVAC people were supposed to start work and found a plumbing leak.
