They also had no way of doing maintenance like flushing. We were in a bad place but Henry and his team put a huge effort into re-doing the project and correcting the previous issues. The reinstall was only slightly pricier than the initial install, and we feel way more confident in the work now and the fact that our heaters will last. We're going to use ABC for our maintenance like flushing and any maintenance or repairs we need on the units in the future. We are also going to switch from Four Seasons to ABC for work on our regular gas heaters due to the level of service and price. Henry has been very responsive by text to my questions and was easy to work with for scheduling the project on a short notice.

These guys are the best! So I come home from work during one of those freaky end of summer weeks…read more(temperatures were in the 90's) and discover my house is 10 degrees warmer than the temperature outside. My AC was blowing warm air and my husband was at work. I researched mailers, yelp reviews, and called a couple of heating and air conditioning services. I'm calling the advertised after 24 hour emergency phone lines and leaving messages with no reply. Finally, Windy City Mechanical answers the phone and inform me they could send someone out. Luckily, the guy lives right around the corner and is there in minutes. He walks up introduce himself and proceeds to inspect my AC unit. We go in the house and he informs me of the options available. He sat in my house for an hour sweating bullets with no complaint or discomfort answering all my questions and my husband's via phone. My husband and I decided to replace the entire AC unit for various reasons including the age of the unit. Tom educated me on our options and explained the units fairly and without bias towards a more expensive unit. As a matter of fact, he determined we didn't need the larger unit we currently had and a smaller (less expensive) unit would suffice. Nevertheless, his guys were there the next morning to replace our AC unit. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend Windy City Mechanical they gave us a great deal!

Yelp is for reviews. I reviewed. I would not recommend your company. It's up to the reader of this review to make an educated decision based on the facts.

The fire department was called and we (me, my wife, and our 3 kids) were without heat on a 20 degree night. The following morning I made a few inquiries just hoping to get something scheduled and I was surprised to find they had someone available almost immediately. The estimate fee (only $75) was waived once Andy informed us what we needed, 1 hour later our house went from 65 degrees to a comfortable 74. Thank you so much. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Andy did a great job at figuring out what was going on with our furnace, explained the options to fix what was needed, and did the repairs that were necessary. By also figuring out that the gas meter was the issue that needed to be taken care by our gas service provider, Andy saved us so much money on unnecessary repairs because the initial issue was outside the furnace. This is the second time we've used Specific HVAC and I will continue to call them for any future repairs. Andy is friendly and provides quality service.

Placed an appointment for service from the website for Network HVAC, LLC. I found out later that,…read moreby mistake, I selected A/C Clean and Check instead of Furnace Clean and Check. One would think that a service request, in January, for an A/C Clean and Check was made by mistake. Instead of anyone from Network HVAC reaching out to me to verify whether I needed service Marcos told me they just deleted the service request unbeknownst to me. On the day that Network HVAC was scheduled to come to my home to fix my furnace that had been malfunctioning intermittently, I called to get an estimate on the ETA, twice. First time no answer, left a message. Second time I spoke with Marcos. That's when I was told that my service request had been deleted so no one was coming that day (I had taken time off from work to make sure I was home when they arrived). He apologized for the mix up and said he would put me on the schedule for the next day. Next day, Marcos calls around the time he should have arrived to say that he is running behind and could he schedule for the next day. I agreed. After discussing what was going on with the furnace I was advised to wait until it stopped working, make a claim with my home warranty company, and then text him so that they could watch for the service ticket. When the inevitable happened on the coldest day I followed the instructions I had been given. To this day I haven't received a response. Another company was dispatched and got the furnace up and running. Sadly, this was not the first time Network HVAC failed to follow up on a request for service from me. I requested them to replace a Nest Thermostat with a newer version. Called and texted. no response. Hired someone else. They obviously don't value my business. There are companies that will.
