Here is what I found out about Mark: 1) Communication: He was first to respond to my request; he made sure to address all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He was also confident in creating my swing set even though it was a custom made project. Everyone else I got bids from were hesitant or didn't want to take on the challenge. 2) Customer Service: He is prompt, punctual, friendly, sociable and respectful. He is open to listening to suggestions and will go the extra mile if needed to make the customer happy. 3) Price: The price was seriously very competitive and very reasonable. He is not going to Nicole and dime you and will let you know what the flat rate is. 4) Workmanship: By far super professional and he builds with accuracy, responsibility and most importantly with quality. 5) Swing Set: He came Day 1 to do an estimate and wrote out a detailed invoice to ensure on the price and what I wanted. I initially had an issue with my sliding glass door as it was extremely hard to open and close. I…read moreknew there was some buildup inside the wheels on the underside but could not access it without taking the sliding glass door off. I reached out on yelp and he promptly provided a quote and day he could arrive at my house. Ideally this job should have been fairly easy, however I also have a heavy duty metal outside door that covers the sliding glass door which he also had to take off in order to get the sliding glass door panels off. Let me tell you this was a struggle as the wheels on the sliding glass door were old, rusted, and contained a ton of debris inside them that made it difficult to take off. It took him alot longer than anticipated due to these issues but he kept his calm and resolve and continued to dredge through. After he got done cleaning, greasing, and putting the door back on he was not happy with the results. I told him it was better than it was but he was still not content. He instead decided to also change out the wheels which made all the difference. This thing glides so smoothly and I could not be happier. I have nothing but good things to say as this potential 2 hour job turned into about 4 hours and he didn't even attempt to try and upcharge. I gave him the extra on my accord as he had been awesome to work with and was determined to make it great not just good enough.
