He was calm, and just wanted to help us - even if that meant not using his business. He walked us through the materials our car came with and advised us on how to best proceed. After calling our car emergency services and going back and forth with Rob, we decided together it made the most sense for him to come tow our car. Most recently, the transmission on one of my trucks stopped working in Sag Harbor - He towed it to his shop - His office girl called me and said it needed a new transmission - She said it would be just under $6000 for a transmission - That is INSANE!!!
