I live in Houston, TX. The order was "archived" so that I would not see it, but I received a shipping notification regarding the items. I called and spoke with Joe who denied illegally gaining access to my account and stealing from me, but it is a bit coincidental that 2 battery amp chargers were "accidentally" purchased to be delivered to an auto repair shop. Willow Hill was recommended to me by several friends in the area. I've taken my 2000 Range Rover there for both routine maintenance (oil changes etc) and more major repairs when needed. Every time the work was done right the first time, for a very fair price, and with none of the BS that so many shops pull these days trying to upsell or "fix" things that don't need to be fixed. They are excellent mechanics, and the owner is 100% honest in my experience. This is a hard thing to find these days. I can't recommend a shop more highly. If you need auto repairs on the North Fork, go to Willow Hill. The only downside is that everyone in town knows what I'm saying, so they can get very busy in the Summer. Call ahead to schedule as they are often booked up a week or more out in high season. As for the previous review here from Maya, no disrespect, but there must be a mistake or it's a troll review. I've had work done at Willow Hill 5 times in the past few years and I can't believe those comments. No one I know in our community has anything but positive things to say about this shop.

But after a while the dad retired, son took over, got married had a baby, bought a house and then prices went up considerably. Being retired living on a SS and a small pension I had no alternative to find somebody else. But all of this doesn't mean they were not good they are but just too expensive for my budget. If you're in and around Deer Park and you are not in a tight budget, they are very good mechanics. BTW they give you a ride home and or to work and will pick you up when they are done.
