I was stunned. They couldn't have been less professional. I gave shared some "unprofessional" language of my own, grabbed my keys and left. I'm NEVER going back to this horrible excuse for a "service" business ever again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time or money at this dump either. Plenty of other oil service businesses around. This was already their 2nd change to earn my business after jerking me around a couple of years ago. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... I woke up today (a Saturday) to discover that my right front tire was flat. The car was parked in…read moremy driveway. I called my local Firestone - they were open until 3 pm, but they didn't have the tire I needed at their store. They said they would see if they could locate one. I called AAA to get a tow to the Firestone. Firestone called me back to tell me that they had located one at one of the other Firestone stores - and they were sending one of their employees to pick it up. AAA tow truck arrived and I rode with them to the Firestone. They had the tire I needed - installed it - and I was good to go! (And it was affordable, too.) I felt that they had gone above and beyond to get the tire I needed and to get it installed before they closed. I have used this Firestone in the past and have always had good service from them. I would definitely recommend them!
