The owner reimbursed me because she thought it was his responsibility to get the utilities turned back on. I was forced evicted and told by the police and owner to leave the property immediately after he entered the house unLawfully scaring my daughter. That forced vacature made the lease null and void. He posted 6 lies in a zillow statement that were in effect libelous about me. DO NOT RENT FROM ALEX ATTIAH. HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL

I cannot speak for other properties that he manages, but I can say that my encounter and experience with Wilder Management Inc. has been very disappointing. If Rob Wilder views those he manages as "incompetent", I would question the integrity of his services.
