MRP is the worst landlord company I have ever had. The maintenance guy is completely incompetent…read more He had to come 3 separate times to and finally put two closet doors back on track... one closet he put doors on backwards! Now, another closet door he "fixed" needs to be addressed AGAIN! We needed a new fridge because the original started creating so much condensation water pooled in the bottom! They got a new used fridge... two days later that fridge stopped working. We are supposed to get a new fridge, but they do not answer our calls ever to address any issues. Food has gone bad 3x and I have wasted over 300$ in food being spoiled. Many other tenants complained about he washer and dryers in the basement and they were supposedly fixed. However they do not work and eat your money and it's not like MRP answers their phone to refund you! At this point, they should just remove the systems from the basement even if they don't plan to get new ones. I will never rent from this place again and I cannot wait until my lease is up, I actually may not even wait.

In our three years of living at Northgate Apartments we couldn't be happier to be leaving and…read moremoving on. All of the problems, maintenance, and lack of professionalism from members of the leasing office is why this was such an unpleasant experience for my wife and I. Honestly since we moved in we encountered problem after problem (a broken and filthy washer, gas leak from the dryer, garbage disposal broke and flooded the kitchen floor, bathroom ceiling leaking from who knows what and more...) Also, the walk through was scheduled to be done with a member of the leasing office but instead they sent the maintenance man. We had scheduled it via phone call, email, and in person and due to military orders had to have it done at a certain time and date. We were told the apartment was in good standing and we should only be hit for the carpet because of the seal coating from the parking lot. I had to reach out to them to receive our final bill which came as a surprise ($800) on top of the full month of rent we paid ($1200) even though we moved out in the middle of the month due to naval order expiration.  Getting in contact with anyone from the leasing office was next to impossible because they were either away during business hours, closed during business hours or don't return their messages left with leasing office staff.  Overall this was an awful experience!
