Finally a place where you will find a quality and stylish gear and clothing. Seth took my wife and I over to a big parking lot to get the basics and learn how to ride the thing before setting us free into the wilds of Cincinnati where people do whatever they want on the road. (We also took the the state's motorcycle class later on, which was actually really fun and well done.) They've always been good on support for me as well. Blew my rear tire while out riding once and they came and picked it up, filled my tire and got me back on the road. Any time I change tires (Intentionally) I have them mount it to the wheel for me for a small charge - usually same day, which is hella-easier than trying to wrestle it on myself. As far as some of the mediocre reviews I've seen on here... I would counter that it's a small, family-owned business. On this scale, you can't be all things to all people or service any random knock-off scooter who's parts are near impossible to find. There's a reason they're dirt cheap. This is still a fairly niche market and it's difficult enough getting support and parts for the brand-name stuff. I've had to turn to Metro a few times when my extensive internetting yielded nothing and they've always been helpful. I can tell you that what they do, they do well and everyone there has been great to us.

They said that I didn't have to pay for the tire la until the MC was done....fast to the 26th: still not done. Called and said it would be done on the 27th. Came in at 3:30 Saturday (today; 8/27). Haven't even worked on it yet!!! Said there was a miscommunication with the tires, thinking I already bought them! IT BETTER BE READY BY 11A Tuesday and I BETTER GET A CHUNK OF THE PRICE REDUCED!!! Absolutely never going to this place for service again and telling any of my friends/coworkers to avoid this place! After I said I was looking for a specific bike, he pointed to them and said, "they're over there." Then he sat at his desk and ignored me for about 20 minutes. I eventually asked him if we could talk about the bike I was looking for, and he said, "What do you want to talk about?" He seemed totally disinterested in the entire interaction. The lights in the dealership make it look old-fashioned, which makes sense given the fact that they have an incredible number of very old bikes, however, they make the new bikes in the showroom look grungy. The dealer looked dirty, as well, and very cramped. Overall, I would recommend finding a different dealer to offer your business to.
