He then had me initiate a defragmentation on my hard drive. This was smart since it took about four hours. After completion I texted him and he had me bring my computer right over. He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. John was pleasant, professional, and efficient. His charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend him. The phone was flashing pink and green lines everytime he turned it on, doing split screen motions when he tried to switch apps, and would randomly shut off on him. We came back because who wants to pay almost $300 for a phone that doesn't work properly. He said give him a week with the phone because "it was the most complex phone he ever had to TRY and fix" and gave my boyfriend a replacement phone. The replacement phone also had screen issues and eventually went black screened and when given back his original phone the camera was fixed but the screen had multiple lines all over the screen and the back was broken. Since septem we have brung this phone up here 4 or 5 times to get the correct service and sol and have been met with complete bullshit each time. Now they are refusing to do anything about the screen period and won't refund his money so he can take it somewhere they know what they're doing.

The service: the support guys seems to try to be very communicative. However, often times information provided to you may seem contradictory or confusing. You may have several different people reaching out to you that you don't know providing updates and information on your device with private information. The price: I'm not sure what the going rate is for a charge, battery, or DC jack, but I paid I over $400. I felt like I was bamboozled a lil bit. Overall, my laptop was at this shop from about Oct 25, 2022 to Novemeber 23, 2022. If you know that you need a quick fix and this location can do the job quickly, I'd definitely try Tech Support.
